If there were 10 stars I’d give them!! Our daughter’s car was rear-ended. Lots of places can do good work. But what makes the difference is all the rest of dealing with a situation that’s usually just a complete pain in the a$$. Awesome and responsive communication. Handled everything (EVERYTHING) with the insurance company. Handled everything with the car rental, including when the 1st rental car decided to die and when we needed an extension. So yeah, lots of places do good work, but Bloom makes the whole process soooo much easier. 150% recommend.

Had an issue with a damaged rear bumper on a Prius and after putting in a request for a quote, Salman responded almost right away. He gave me a fair estimate and said he could work on it ASAP so i brought it in. Took a day for the paint the dry and I was able to pick it up the next day. Salman answered all of my questions and concerns and got everything done fast and even gave me recommendations about filing with insurance about other issues I had. Very helpful all around.

This review is long overdue. I went to Bloom Auto a few months ago when my car was hit on the street. Salman was great. He worked with me so that I would be able to get a rental car while was my car was being worked on. Him and his team was quick and efficient, only took a week for my car to be finished and it looked brand new. My Toyota FJ Cruiser’s hood paint deteriorated after more than a decade of UV exposure. Bloom Autos repaired and repainted the hood, both fenders, and the hood front molding, transforming my car to look brand new! They completed the job in two business days, exceeding the four-day estimate. I highly recommend this place for car repairs. I've brought my car here twice after it was rear-ended in accidents, and both times Salman assisted me with fixing it. He's incredibly helpful and even liaised with my insurance agent to handle the estimates, saving me a lot of hassle. Recently, when another autobody repair shop declared my car totaled due to frame damage, most shops wouldn't assist with repairing it. Salman and his team did a stellar job on my project to install custom carbon fiber side skirts and bumper on my Porsche Taycan.
