I was very impressed with the service we received. I have been to many shops and recently found Blu automotive. The staff was amazing truly took time to explain what was going on with our car and what was needed. Prices are fair, work was done with quality and Customer Care was at a level beyond what I expected. Blu has an amazing team! I can personally recommend them as trustworthy company. Thanks Blu team!

Highly satisfied! First time going here and was greeted with a friendly smile and the personnel already knew who I was and what I came in for. They first inspect your car for any issues it may have and send you the pictures of the issues (if any) and explain in details and ask if you want to have it fixed. The price is very fair and they provide great service. Would highly recommend Blu Automotive for your car maintenance.

Blu Automotive is the BEST OF THE BEST auto repair shops around. We are now in Oregon and MISS Blu auto tremendously! There are NO AAA approved shops here in the town we're living in, so had/have to rely on reviews. So very different to Blu Auto and they don't seem to have the patience to take the time for photos and good explanations as Blu Auto gives. I'm trusting that they are as good as other people say they are. If you are looking for a good auto repair shop, stop here and go no further. You will not regret it...TRUST ME ON THIS!!!!! We miss you BLU AUTO!!!!!

These ARE the “GO TO” Guys!!! I’ve been taking my (Toyota) cars to these guys for a few years now however, this was the FIRST time For my 2021 Subaru. I needed a new battery and I decided to call BLUE and ask about bringing it in. As usual, I received a welcoming “ come on in”, along with an approximate price for a new battery. When I got there, they took care of me immediately and did a very thorough system check before selling me the battery. I am always happy when I leave there. I really trust them to explain what’s going on with my cars and NEVER upsell. Also, I love that they are AAA approved garage. Good job guys!

I was referred by a friend from the gym I attend. He told me he had been a customer for quite a long time and was always happy with their work. I have since, become a customer of Blu automotive and have also parteken of their work and work ethic. I make an appointment, take the cars in and wait, within a short time, I get my cars back and the charges are nominal, not dealer prizes. Their work ethic is excellent, better than dealerships. Once you're a customer, you get friendly reminders as well, just in case you might forget that the vehicles need service.

I went in for a 50k mile check up. They found some repairs I needed. Surprisingly, they showed me detail pictures and explained why I needed the repairs. This made me feel confident that they are truthful in details . I then put my trust in them. I continued for them to proceed in doing repairs . Oh where do I begin? I never would've thought I would be as big of a fan of an auto shop as I have been of Blu for the past.....20 years?! The owner Luis is amazing and I swear treats my truck like his own. His entire crew at the shop are awesome. They have always been communicative, thorough, accurate, patient, and all the things you'd want any business to provide, especially when it comes to maintaining your vehicle. Went over everything and showed me on the computer photos of my car and parts when going over everything needed. I got quoted by my dealership’s service and parts center for a brake pad that they said needed replacing immediately. My intuition told me to go to Blu Automotive for a better deal and not only did they offer me a lower cost that I was willing to pay, they were honest in showing me that my brake pads were fine and don’t need replacing at all. With a lot of scams happening around lately, I will only take my business to places that have integrity. Their clean lobby, superb customer service, and honesty sealed the deal for me. Never going back to my dealership for anything from now on, Blu all the way!

My alternator died on me this afternoon and after giving them a call they made the time to take a look at my car on short notice. Within 2 hours of bringing it in the alternator was replaced and I was back on the road again before they closed shop for the day. That's a world record of service in my book. Excellent work and professionalism.
