Quick and easy inspection on my car last minute! Definitely appreciated it. I was told my brake pads are close to failing.
Update: took my car to Pep Boys to get the new brake pads, and I was shown that they’re completely fine. Back ones are pretty much brand new, and the front ones are at least 70%. It’s unfortunate that Blue Star tried to make more money off of me, instead of being honest and humble.

The guy who did the carco inspection cranked my car half way. Like why would you crank my car and not fully turn it on, and you don’t need to turn the car fully on for the display to show. then he kept pushing the volume button trying to turn on the display screen, like wait, the screen will turn on, you literally just turned the car on, and he is sitting inside my car, there’s no need to come inside my brand new car, you can see the dashboard and the display screen standing outside, then he was leaning on my car while he was talking to me, like bro has no type of awareness of other people’s property. He was going in my car and opening things like it’s his car, ask me I’ll open thing and turn things on for you. All he needed was odometer and if it has fm radio. Like you don’t need to be inside my car. You can ask me and I’ll show you. I don’t understand why you are inside touching my car if you don’t know where to go and pressing buttons you shouldn’t be pressing. Never will I come here again for inspection or any other businesses.

I can say for myself, the five-star reviews here are merited. I dropped off my Land Rover Discovery, as it had electrical problems and an annoying brake signal. The techs were able to diagnose and explain the root cause, some corrective repairs from my previous mech, all repairs done in just a few hours. The billing was a breeze, no hassle. I will definitely come back for any future issues (hopefully not in a while) and maintenance.
