This shop is one of the best. Down to the mechanics who have worked on my car for years now to the customer service representatives who always make sure I'm heard and get back to me accordingly and on time. Ivan Jr is also great. I believe he is the shop owner. Any larger problems with my vehicle were disputed with him in ways no other shops did. Since I have a German car it's hard to find someone who knows what they're doing. But my experience has been good here for me and my car.

IT WAS SIMPLY AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. CALLED THEM UP WITH MY PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME I COULD BRING MY VEHICLE IN. I NEEDED AN INSPECTION AND RELACE A SENSOR IN MY TIRE. LEFT THE VEHICLE TO BE REPAIRED AND DIAGNOSED. WAS CALLED QUITE QUICKLY AND WAS TOLD THE INSPECTION PASSED AND THEY NEEDED TO GET THE PART TO FIX THE TIRE. ASKED IF I WANTED THEM TO PROCEED AND I AGREED. TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE TO GET THE PART AND HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR ME I. TWO HOURS. WHEN I RETURNED ALL WAS BACK AND FUNCTIONING PERFECTLY AND LIKE NOTHING WAS EVER WRONG. BACK ON THE STREETS THANKS TO THEIR EFFICIENT WORK AND FRIENDLY AND COMPLETELY PLEASING ETIQUETTE. A++++ AND ALWAYS WILL BE MY FIRST PICK REPAIR SHOP. EXCELLENT IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE. 💪🏾

I contacted the service in advance to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Upon arrival, the employee informed me that I needed to pay an additional $25 for the inspection because my window tint allegedly did not meet legal requirements. However, my tint fully complies with state regulations. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend this service — it was a waste of time and an attempt to overcharge customers.

These guys are great. I had issues with all my wheels. Brought it in Thursday. I thought I was gonna be without the car all weekend. Friday it was good to go. I remember when my tranny was shot.
