URGENT BEWARE! My roof on my Porsche was damaged from the brush roller wheel. I noticed it as soon as I got out of the car before I started vacuuming. I tried to speak to the owner but he wouldn’t listen or even look at my car well . He said his machine couldn’t have done that, well read another review that states pretty much the same thing by Christopher. The owner demanded that I leave his premises and started yelling at me , I have a witness. I will take this to court with my police report. Preliminary Estimate came to $1582.82 but topped out for more. The car wash needs to pay for this and my loss time, without a car.

Car wash Quality was cool… But the customer service from the manager or owner, the older Asian gentleman At the start of the car Wash, was very rude… If I ask questions or if I’m saying thank you. The response was just very rude, he brushed me away, ignored what I was saying just had a complete attitude and I’m not a fan of that type of service so I hope Someone can speak to him about his customer service skills.

Very rude. Would not recommend. Had a coupon for a free wash to try out the place. Manager wouldn’t honor code and told me to leave. Won’t be back.

If you own a Jeep, stay away from this location. Owner advised that he could not use the top brush due to the light bars. Advised that was ok. Left tons of dirt on sides and had soap dripping off when I left. Spoke with owner afterwards and he advised that he had told me that it wouldn’t get completely clean. I at least expected the sides to be clean. He used the brush on the windshield but only cleaned the drivers side. Did not offer to let me run back through or give me a refund. Will never return to this location.

I recently learned that Blue Tide was under new management.I stopped by and met this great young guy Garrett. What a change from the man who used to be in charge. I immediately signed back with Blue Tide. This place now has very friendly and welcoming management. I got my first wash today and am very happy with the results!!!! Go by and meet Garrett. You will be impressed!!!

Yeah free vacuum as long as you get a car wash..The entrance itself is confusing. Once you pull in you are in the line for a car wash.. Literally the dumbest layout for a car wash I've ever seen. The others are much better.

Its the ONLY place that I take my car to have it washed. I use full service. Not only is the outside of the vehicle in showroom condition, but the ladies who clean the inside do an immaculate job. 20% tip every time.

First of all for what I paid my rims were a mess I had to do them by hand no one in the office to tell or show them the vacuums didn't suck and I moved my car twice .so would I go back that's a NO not for what I paid☹️

They make my truck look better and actually clean it not just wax over the dirt, better then any of the spots I've previously tried for a good price point. I haven't tried full service yet because I just like doing my own stuff but one day I'll give it a shot. The ladies look like they know their stuff so we'll see. Stop pass and get get a wash. Free vacuum and cloth and touch up products with the $20 wash.

The only place I take my Audi! I only get the hand wash and the ladies do a great job. They are very thorough with the interior and exterior. The gentleman who rings me up at the counter does not sound like the person described in some of these bad reviews. He is always very friendly. They have a comfortable waiting area. And after reading some of the other comments: If you are worried about your car’s paint, hand wash only. I thought everyone knew this.

Best car wash in Hall County and friendliest employees! When I’m in a rush, I always go for the ceramic seal express car wash. It comes out so clean and makes the paint on my car look so shiny and waxed! The rims on my car always get so dirty because of my break pads, but they do the best job in cleaning my wheels and rims! Always looks like I just got it from the dealership. When I have more time I go for the full service car wash and the ladies do a great job cleaning the interior and exterior of my car, including the tires. They don’t miss a spot!

Ran my car through December 3rd 2025. My car may be dirtier after running through this car wash. Ive used this place a few times. Results were never spectacular but never this bad. I can see lines of dirt.....actually I should say I can see a few lines of clean paint and the rest is dirt. The wheels look atrocious and the tire shine missed 1/3 of each tire. Won't be back
