I’ve faithfully used Mister Car wash for years! But today I cheated. I’m not a big fan of the Mister Car wash closest to my house (Fairview) and have always driven out to Meridian early in the morning sometimes twice a week to wash and clean out my car. I’ve driven past Bluebird almost daily and never really looked into checking it out until today. I’m definitely a try before you buy type of person and considering that a monthly membership is roughly $35 I definitely wanted to try. My car was pretty dirty today (dirtier then normal) and it’s just been so hot that going out and washing and cleaning the outside just didn’t sound like fun. I figured since I was giving these guys a try I wouldn’t have to leave as early as I normally would to drive to Meridian which was a big plus in my book. The staff was very friendly and they weren’t pushy about trying to get me to sign up for their monthly car washes like some places can be. The water pressure in that car wash was really good and I enjoyed the fact that it dried my car a lot more then Mister Car wash does. I like the fact they had two types of vacuum heads you could choose from on each side plus the compressed air. I also like the fact that they have towels (even though I always carry my own) it’s just a nice amenity to have in case I ever forget. Obviously bug guts are the norm and no matter what car wash you use you’ve got to get out and put some elbow grease into getting them off. Overall I really enjoyed this car wash and I will be breaking things off with Mister Carwash. Sorry!

I don't know the gentleman's name, but he was a really nice man. I wanted to run it through twice and on the second time I didn't have to pay. Got my pick up really clean. Every time I come to Boise I always run my pickup through bluebird car wash. Love the place.

First and last time going to this car wash. Yes, only did the $10 basic car wash, but if I still drive out with a dirty vehicle you should honor my receipt and let me immediately go through for another wash. I think you only spread dirt around, and didn’t wash anything. Disappointed you only honor a re-wash if you purchase a more expensive wash.

Signed up and said I got a free wash headed over about an hour before close and tried the coupon, said I needed to start a membership or something and someone would be with me? Waited about 10 minutes and no one came. So i left. Not sure why I couldn't just scan and go through.

I haven’t washed my Jeep in months. I went into Bluebird and was given fast and friendly service. They even offered a complimentary re-wash because my Jeep was super dirty. You can use their towels, vacuums and floor mat cleaner along with your purchase. They also offer monthly memberships, what more can you ask for? I see why they are a top rated business. I will be back!

Graphene X Wash (most expensive option) did a terrible job on bug residue. It didn't even get my windshield clean. The front and grill are still covered in bugs. The wash didn't get Mormon cricket residue off the fenders. It also didn't even rinse all the dust off the back.

25 bucks for a car wash..they just keep raising prices for the same service..you would think for 25 bucks there would be someone out at the vacuum stations vacuuming and drying your rig.

I loved that I could stay in my vehicle. The wash was pretty thorough and easy. (Remember to turn your side mirrors in if needed). You basically get a BIG carwash experience hands free with the basic paid. Full disclosure; this experience is based on free carwash cards that I received and not based on the paid, perhaps more deluxe options available. I didn't do any vacuuming but I will be doing so in the near future. The attendants when you first pull in were nice and polite to greet me. For a first time experience, it was good!

I've had a membership since this place opened several years ago. It was recently bought out by Cobblestone. During the ownership transition and company name change, I purchased some booklets of car washes for my wife. Before I purchased them, I asked the attendant if these booklets would expire or if I would have any issues using them in the future, as they had the old company name on them. He assured me there would be no issue and they would not expire. He was wrong on both accounts. Based on his word, I bought 4 booklets totaling 16 washes. I attempted to bring my wife's car in for a wash a couple of weeks ago, only to find out that the booklets did in fact expire on 12/31/25. I should have looked at the fine print on them when I purchased them, as it does state as much. When I explained the situation to the site manager and asked to exchange my remaining unused washes (13), he said that "corporate" doesn't allow him to do that and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a custom service phone number or email and I was told to just go to the website. I contacted someone at the "corporate" office and was told again that nothing could be done. I refused to believe that a simple exchange for non-expired passes wasn't an option here. I wasn't asking for a refund. So I asked who I needed to talk to in order to get to a person who could do something. I was told that all managers were "unavailable" but that he would take my contact info and someone would reach out to me. That was two and a half weeks ago. Cobblestone apparently does not care about customer service. I will be canceling my membership and taking all my business else where. I would recommend you do the same.
