I rarely leave reviews but this one is much deserved. KJ was awesome. I recently finished my project car and needed AC vacuum/recharged. KJ was really helpful letting me know about my compressors condition and other things I should plan to fix/adjust. Very nice place and honest people. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming here for anything BMW.

2 things most people have a fear of. Going to Dr and looking for someone to help with your car. I still fear the Dr! KJ and his crew took great care of us and our vehicle recently. From the moment they took possession of our car there were constant updates. Pictures of the work and reassurance that we were being taken care of. This mechanic repair shop was very professional and polite. KJ provided detailed diagnostics information about my vehicle and was very thorough about each item that was found on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this mechanic for any repair work on your vehicle. I was very impressed especially because I had recently visited another repair shop in the area and was highly disappointed with their customer service. I contacted BMR after finding their information on Facebook while desperately searching for BMW specialists. After speaking to several different shops on the phone, I could tell they were knowledgeable, pleasant and honest. They gave me clear costs and expectations up front. They fixed my sons car the same day with no surprises of extra fees or add-ons. I even received photos of my car when they worked kn it. They also send text appointment reminders and notice of when your car is ready. The shop is clean and welcoming and the staff is professional.
