WARNING: If you’re going to buy a sport car here, make sure you review every single thing including things that’s highly considered industry “standards” such as tires. Long story short, I recently made a purchased here for a brand new 2025 M340i xdrive, it was a good experience negotiating the price, the car is good specs and everything is good except for one thing: the tires, i just figured it out after a few days driving it, all 4 tires are 225/40r19, like seriously, how come it’s all 225 in size for all four corners on a 2025 m340i xdrive when an old car like 2016 honda accord has 235 for all 4 wheels. All 340i have staggered setup and the standard is 255/35r19 rear and 225/40r19 front, some other dealerships even make it better with 285 rear and 275 front, and somehow this dealership is putting 225s on all four corners of a 380+ hp car. I contacted the dealership inquiring to make something happen if the two rear tires can be changed to 255 as the standard but no luck, they don’t seem to even care assisting me to get the issue resolved or deescalated. Luckily I opened the hood and it’s correctly showing a 6-cylinder b58 engine, not a 4-cylinder b48 engine, like I said earlier, people who shop for a sport car like m340i or m3 don’t expect to get 225 tires for their car, at least 255 nowadays and it’s like the industry standard, if you’re shopping for one, please double check that before making the purchase.

Jesus kept me updated on the car I wanted and was able to get me the best deal possible along with Sonny so I was able to get the car the same day I went in. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership and seeing Jesus; they were all of great help and straight to the point. Im loving the car and it drives so amazing compared to any other electric SUV, I tried them all including a Polestar 3, but nothing drives like the ultimate driving Machine! Just had a great experience with McKenna BMW thanks to Jakob in sales and Michael in finance. They worked with me to get a fantastic deal on my new plug in hybrid! There was also a nice young lady “tech genius” (I forget her name) who also assisted with getting me acclimated to the car’s awesome high tech features. The whole process was very pleasant and smooth, which was a welcome change from the bait and switch tactics from a competing dealer.

All of the positive reviews at this dealership are actually not surprising to me. I was searching for a VERY specific gently used BMW and found it at McKenna. However, I was unfamiliar with the dealership and not local to Norwalk so I was nervous about inquiring about the car from afar -- from worrying about not being taken seriously, to getting bait and switched on price, to showing up and having the car have a hidden defect. HOWEVER, from the *moment* Dana Hall connected with me, I felt I was in good hands. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and CLEAR communication made all of the difference. He followed up with me when he said he would and he presented my options very clearly. I asked a ton of questions, over phone and via text, and he also promptly and clearly responded to those. His affect was just so soothing. I was a bit neurotic about the process, but just speaking with him and test driving with him calmed me. He also presented financing options that were easy to understand -- he took out the guesswork. I was so reassured and he coordinated so well with me that I was able to wrap up the purchase within 48 hours of initially connecting with him. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car work with Dana. Please note, I am using an alternate google account because I am very private and minimize my social media presence, but rest assured, I have also given this feedback to the dealership with my real name. Ask for Dana when you're shopping for a car -- he is a real gem and you will be so glad you did.

I wanted to share my experience I had with BMW of MCKenna. From start to finish my experience was awesome. Adrian had been working with me early December and due to my busy schedule I had not been able to make it out there. However he took the time to send me videos and pictures of all the models I was interested in. He was so patient and friendly with great customer service. Finally on December 21 we closed the deal. Their management also sent a complimentary Uber to Burbank for me. Once my paperwork was ready I was assisted by Katrina, very friendly and professional. She was able to get me out fairly quickly as well as explained everything I was signing. Over all great experience and I will be returning for a third time once my lease is up.

Recently got a BEAUTIFUL 2025 M2 in Voodoo Blue from Mckenna BMW. Jesus Bambilla and Sales Manager Sonny Patel put together this amazing Deal that I was able to drive home in this "Ultimate Driving Machine". Literally, this 2025 M2 is a BEAST!!!! So much FUN TO DRIVE!!! Not to mention it looks AMAZING in BMW's individual color Voodoo Blue. Jesus and Sonny were truly helpful in putting together a deal that I could agree with. Probably the worst BMW dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Let’s start with the sales reps—unprofessional, unfriendly, and difficult to work with. I was stuck at the dealership for over 5 hours just to finalize paperwork and buy the car. The entire process was painfully slow and completely inefficient. After driving the car for a week, I noticed the passenger side mirror was broken. I checked the photos I took before purchasing the car and confirmed the mirror was already damaged. I brought the car back to the dealership and—of course—they initially insisted that I had “checked the car before buying it.” But when I asked them to pull up the photos they had posted online, it clearly showed the mirror was already broken before the sale. They had simply missed it. Fixing the mirror turned into another nightmare. Communication was poor at every step. They scheduled a repair appointment without even asking for my availability. I was told a manager would call to coordinate drop-off logistics—unsurprisingly, no one ever did. When I rescheduled online and took half a day off work to go in, I arrived to find that no one at the dealership had any idea about my appointment. No one knew what was going on. They had originally told me the mirror replacement would be done the same day, but after waiting around 45 minutes, I was informed it wouldn’t be ready that day after all—I had to come back the next day to pick it up. I asked for a loaner car, and they asked for a $200 deposit. What a mess. I come from the car industry myself, so I know what a proper dealership experience should look like. This was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you can. Updated Review – Saturday, June 28, 2025 What should have been a simple 2-hour mirror fix turned into a 4-day ordeal. I dropped off my car on Tuesday, and it wasn’t ready until late Friday. To be fair, Henry did attempt to make up for the delay by offering a complimentary service, which I appreciated. However, that doesn’t change my overall experience with their customer service — it was inefficient, frustrating, and far from what you’d expect from a certified BMW dealership. To make things worse, they damaged my aftermarket front lip during the repair. I noticed it right there at the dealership when I picked up the car. But honestly, after everything I had already gone through, I didn’t have the energy to deal with them anymore and decided to take the loss. I’ve attached before-and-after photos taken at the dealership showing the damage.

Purchased an M4 G82 from here. Someone on their staff or during a test drive caused more than 1k in damage to the underside of the bumper and never disclosed it. Made a huge mistake purchasing the car here. It couldn’t even be fixed with paint still needs to have the whole area redone. If it was an automatic car I would have brought it back to get fixed but I wasn’t taking the risk they would cause even more damage. Look elsewhere or make sure to inspect it really well before you take it. You guys have my information if you want to make it right

My wife was ready to trade in her X2 for a 230i. She found the exact one she wanted here with the team, and to my surprise it was offered with more amenity than expected. I reached out and mentioned to Memo that we were interested and would be stopping by to check it out. Without hesitation or doubt, Memo said he’d have the car ready for us to check out on arrival at noon. He did advise us that he had a client stopping in at noon but that he would have his colleague assist us if his initial client was there. Cool. We pulled up and the 2 was ready. I stepped inside the dealership and was immediately greeted by Memo. We knew we’d be driving off with the car and went through the motions. Memo took my wife for the test drive and as soon as they returned we got to business. It was a short staffed day so Memo attended another of his client’s while our deal was being reviewed by his manager Henry (completely understandable). Memo mentioned to us that he’d assist his other client who arrived a bit after 12 but that as soon as he returned he’d finalize our deal. A few minutes had passed so I decided to approach Henry myself and see where things were. Without hesitation Henry and I discussed the offer for the trade in, the numbers for the new 2 and we agreed on the price. At that point it was just finalizing the deal and signing. Without boring you with all the details, Memo, Henry and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make this experience a great one. Many dealers say they’re great, this one proves it with their actions. In all we were there maybe 2.5 hours. Tip: be ready, willing and able to make a deal when you go to the dealership. Do your research ahead of time and be realistic with your budget, trade facts, and finances. Ask for Memo and Henry!

Ask for Edgar!!!!! From the moment we walked into BMW McKenna, Edgar made us feel genuinely welcomed. He was extremely helpful, sweet, and truly excited to assist us. He offered us water and coffee right away and took the time to answer every single question with patience and professionalism. What really stood out was how far he went to ensure we were confident and comfortable with our decision. He even brought down two different cars so we could compare them side by side and thoroughly explained the differences and features of each vehicle. His product knowledge and presentation skills are easily a 10/10. Edgar never made us feel pressured. Instead, he stayed supportive, honest, and genuinely committed to helping us get the best deal possible. When my wife felt unsure at moments, he reassured her, walked her through everything with patience, and made sure she felt completely supported. And here’s another small but meaningful detail — It was pouring outside, and Edgar went above and beyond by getting my wife an umbrella so she wouldn’t get soaked while checking out the cars. That level of thoughtfulness says everything about his customer service. He went as far as even talking about family, soccer, education, and his journey in sales. He stayed with us the entire three hours — Even after we agreed on numbers. Those personal touches really matter. It’s rare to find a sales rep who isn’t just focused on closing a deal, but on building lifelong customers. We genuinely enjoyed our experience, he gained a lifelong customer from us and we will absolutely continue to buy from him. We also worked with Roxanna in finance, and she was just as wonderful. Super sweet, funny, and she made the paperwork process feel comfortable and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a BMW, ask for Edgar — You will be in the BEST hands. And a big shoutout to Roxanna for making the final steps just as pleasant. Highly, highly recommend!
