I have been bringing my vehicles to BMW North Scottsdale since 2022, starting with my previous X7. I used to work with AJ, but since he moved, I have been seeing Cameron as my service advisor. The experience has remained consistent and excellent. Cameron does a great job of explaining everything clearly so I always know what is going on with my car. I can't comment much on pricing since I use my warranty for every visit, but the service is always smooth. Highly recommend Cameron and the team!

Service scheduling was very easy and convenient time options. Check in was straight forward and all done within a reasonable time. I chose to wait in the customer lounge which had all the accommodations you would need. I also chose no car wash as it was busted washed a day prior to my service. Upon arriving home I did notice on the passenger side that when the cabin filter was changed the debris that fell from filter was not vacuumed. Also there was a piece of plastic that looked like a broken tab. Must have been from the cabin filter housing when changed. Other than that pretty straight forward service.

Mostly great experience here! BMW dealers usually have great service centers. My advisor was awesome and communicated everything clearly. I’m also a huge fan of the video the tech sends reviewing the car. However, trying to schedule service through their AI on the phone is why I’m giving it three stars. I was unable to discuss a service contract I purchased until I actually arrived at the dealer. And ended up having to pay out of pocket for something I was under the impression was covered with the contract I purchased. I realize this is saving you labor, but it’s a nightmare for customers, and not acceptable for what is expected when servicing at a luxury dealership service center.
