Advisors are useless and cannot be trusted. I brought the car for service and they failed to do a software update, lied that they did it, and then piled up more sad excuses. In reality, the never checked if this was done. They just assumed. Do NOT trust anything they way, verify yourself on the car. They work they say was done may not be actually done.

Nice staff. Always seems ready to help the customers. Key is listening to the customer and guiding them which they do well.
They follow up after the service to ask about how the customer felt about the service and to collect the feedback.
One thing observed though they normally do not have loaner cars which is a little weird seeing the brand value.

After a frustrating conversation with a service representative who was unwilling to schedule an appointment, I decided to escalate the issue and called Service Manager. Not only did the Manager listen patiently to my concerns, but he also helped me schedule the appointment and corrected some personal information in their system.
On the day of the appointment, I had a very positive experience with the Service Advisor. In addition to the scheduled service, at my request, she addressed an interior trim issue that was likely due to a manufacturing defect. Overall, I found the service to be a satisfactory experience.
