We keep coming back because the work done here is competent, thorough and reliable, and the people here are able, responsive, cordial and supportive. In particular, Bryan Brasington and Mike Thomas have been absolutely excellent to work with. Of there were a sixth star, we’d award that as well.

One of the worst customer service centers I’ve seen. Service representatives stood around without making eye contact with me while I waited right outside the closed glass door for over 10 minutes, and there was room in the bay. I finally pulled up close enough and the door automatically opened. The reps still didn’t acknowledge I was there until I walked up to them. I also witnessed another customer pull into the service bay and 5 employees walked around nearby and didn’t acknowledge she was there. She waited in her vehicle for 10 minutes until someone finally talked to her.
Also, I waited 43 minutes to get my car washed after I checked out at the cashier. My service rep was nowhere to be found for over 20 minutes during this time period. I had to ask someone else to find him. The whole service team needs classes in customer service.

The customer service is excellent and while waiting for your vehicle, the service personnel are very dedicated to answering any questions you may have regarding your vehicle. Everyone is readily available for whatever needs you may have.

Everything to do with this dealership was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I made an appointment a week out. The lady, I spoke to when creating the appointment was knowledgeable and very helpful. I received multiple emails and a few text messages confirming my appointment date Through throughout the week leading up to my appointment. When I arrived at the dealership for a recall on my wife’s BMW X5 I was promptly greeted in a very professional manner. Everything was explained to me in detail. The Service advisor, Marcus, that I worked with was a very cool and down to earth man. . A prior marine in fact. Semper Fi. This made me all the more comfortable, especially going to a BMW dealership when I had it in my mind that I would be dealing with some higher class people. Marcus took the time to explain everything that my wife’s vehicle needed, including the recall, service that would have been due soon as well as an inspection. I was happy to let them do it because I want my wife to be safe 100% of the time. Marcus shared that goal by making sure that everything was looked at on my wife’s X5. Marcus had a very nice woman that works as a cashier and Porter take us to a restaurant to eat breakfast. During breakfast, Marcus sent me an email with detailed items that needed to be Repaired, replaced or would need some attention soon. In that email, I was able to quickly approve or deny those services and had upfront pricing which I definitely appreciated.
After that, my wife and I did some shopping and Marcus let us know when the car was ready. He had that same woman come pick us up in that same car. I have never experienced such a luxurious treatment from a car dealer before. Should we ever need anything for my wife’s BMW again, We will be back and I will ask for Marcus by name.
