Just had my second service visit with BMW of Montgomery. I’m as happy with my second visit as I was with the first. My X3 started running hot a couple of times and went into shut down mode once before I could get it into BMW for them to check. They were able to get me in for the diagnostic and repairs the day after I showed up at the maintenance bay with the issue. Mike even asked if I wanted to go ahead and leave the car with them that day, but unfortunately I didn’t have that option. They also checked a few other concerns I had at the time. They quickly gave me the information on the issues and the cost of repairs. Mike my service advisor was awesome. He stayed on top of the progress of the repairs and informed me that all critical repairs could be completed same day, but there were a few parts that needed to be ordered for my cosmetic issues and wanted to make sure I was happy with completing the needed repairs and then returning for the additional repairs after parts arrived. This was great on his part, as it appeared he was the only service advisor on duty the day of my repairs. I would recommend the Montgomery BMW service department to anyone asking! I’ll be seeing these guys again in a couple of days after my additional parts arrive.

I scheduled an appointment for service at 9 am and advised that I would need it back by the afternoon to make it to work. My car was not ready in time and had to be kept overnight. I received an apology and explanation for this which I accepted because I understand things can get hectic. However I was supposed to receive a complementary vacuum, car wash, and windshield fluid replacement which I did not receive. An inspection was completed but my vehicle computer was updated to reflect that. I tried calling back 2 separate times to give them the opportunity to address this before posting my review. No one answered during the first call. The time the call was disconnected after ringing multiple times.

My experience with Kierra Lewis was amazing she is simply a beautiful soul! Her spirit along with another young lady that tried to assist me but I hate that I can’t remember her name but they were amazing. Kierra went the extra mile to provide every resource known to assist me in any way. I’m truly thankful for Kierra, the other service providers can’t compare to her level of professionalism the other young lady that assisted Kierra with pulling my car in was asking a “DJ” a question on belalf of me and he was rude and extremely short asking his coworker, “What are you asking me?” In a very rude and belittling way, I just told the young lady not to worry about it and thanked her for being professional, she tried to assist me with getting my vehicle home and wasn’t sure if they could provide that service so she asked this “DJ” if they did, which lead him to his unprofessional demeanor shown in front of me, a customer, and his fellow colleagues overall experience was great with Kierra but I do not like to see unprofessional people being in leadership, I pride myself on professionalism and being nice to people because you never know what a person is going through, however, Kierra and the young lady that sits inside the service area at the first cubicle I’m so sorry the best way I can describe you because I can not remember her name, YOU BOTH ROCK!

The wait time was extremely long. It took 4 hours to get a brake fluid service and wash with an appointment. The wash didn't even get the car clean and they didn't clean the floor mats in the back seat. As far as the actual brake fluid service i assume that it was completed. The car says it was done anyways. The pricing was all over the place. I was told three different prices and ended up paying none of what i had been told. They also have a 3% charge for using a credit card which i find to be outrageous given that it’s already a dealership which has high prices. I went and looked around the lot for around 45 minutes and no salesperson even approached me. I am actually in the market for another vehicle currently and i guess that i will be shopping in Huntsville again.

Brought in car for oil change and brake fluid flush, arrived on time for 10 AM appointment. Greeted professionally by Douglas Jones, never saw or heard from him again. After 3 1/2 hours waiting with very annoying programs on the TV, I tracked down Bryan, who was very helpful. Finally got my car back in 4 hours for a 1-hour service. Missed lunch, late getting back to Auburn, very unfortunate experience due to your poor customer service.

I was disappointed with the service that I received from this dealership on this occasion. I scheduled an appointment for my wife's vehicle at 8am. She dropped the vehicle off and received a call at 1pm saying they were running behind and it would be a little longer. She attempted to call them several times from 4pm - 5pm but nobody answered. We drove up to the service department to get her vehicle only to find out the work (oil change & service) had not been completed and she would have to bring her car back the following day for them to complete the work. She asked the service manager why they couldn't complete the work today and was told " a fleet came in and we had to get to them". What's the purpose of an appointment then? As if that wasn't bad enough when she returned the next day to have the work completed (radio reprogrammed) it took longer than the projected hour that she was told that it would take. They normally do a complimentary clean up of the vehicle when they have completed the service but not this time. Also, on the way home the reprogramming of the radio they said would solve the cars connectivity issue didn't work.

We had a rim get damaged on our BMW X7 while driving home from Florida. Thankfully, we were able to get the car to the dealership on a Saturday morning without an appointment, and they got us in right away to take a look. Although it couldn’t be repaired that same day, Mike went above and beyond to keep us informed and made sure the car was repaired in a timely manner. His communication and professionalism were outstanding, and thanks to him, we were able to travel back from Kentucky and get back on the road with peace of mind. We’re not even regular customers of this dealership, but Mike treated us like we were. I honestly wish our local dealer treated us as well as he did. Truly appreciated the excellent service and overall experience.

Very dissatisfied! Very poor customer service. Service Advisor’s name was Douglas Jones aka DJ. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor for servicing my vehicle. He just told me what he thought I wanted to hear, even though the information was incorrect. They kept my car all day . My appointment was 8:40am and I got a text like an hour before they closed telling me that my vehicle was ready. As soon as I drove off the lot, my car the doing exact same thing. Multiple warnings! I called the next day and was asked to bring it back so they could re-diagnosed it. If I could give zero stars, I would!!

I went in for an oil change, but as you already know they tell you that other stuff is needed. Okay, I’ll listen: soooo comes back I knew my front light was out, something that really not needed honestly… guy comes back and tells me it’s going to be $1200.00 plus to fit it. I went to YouTube, it was only going to cost about $75.00 to do it yourself. I had a gift card that expired 12/25, I called in December explaining to them that I had the gift card and it was due to expire 12/25 but my oil change wasn’t due until January, and could I go ahead in December and come in and use it, I was told no, that I still could use it in January, they could override it. Okay, I come in and January, explain to them the prior conversation from a week ago, surely they goes to say corporate told them they can no longer do it, which was a lie, I called corporate and they were not allow. Then my service provider goes to say he gave me a better deal, surely I added everything up and of course it was a lie, I guess they thought since I was a female they could get over. Also my appointment was at 8:20am, I get there at 8, I didn’t leave until 12pm and I didn’t even get my vehicle washed. They usually offer snacks while you wait, they only had coffee and water. I think with all the ripping off they do, they can do better and the service should have been better and quicker.

I received a notification in my car saying that I had a faulty starter. I scheduled an appointment with the Service Department for Friday @ 8am to drop my car off. I dropped my car off and after a couple of hours, I received a text showing the issues that needed to be repaired and asking for my approval. After I approved, I didn’t hear anything for hours, so I reached out to my service advisor, Mike, to find out when the repairs would be done. I got a text back saying that they had to order a new starter and it won’t be there until the beginning of next week. That information would have been nice to know hours ago. I then stated how much of an inconvenience that was and if there was a loaner car until the repairs were completed. I was told that there currently were not any loaner cars available and he possibly had one coming back the next day, but he wasn’t positive. On Saturday, I tried to call the service department to see about the status of the loaner vehicle, but the phone just rang and no one answered. We had to reach out to the sales department to get in contact with the service department and the loaner car was still not available. Four days later it is now Wednesday, and I haven’t heard anything about my car, as far as the starter getting there, or a potential loaner. So I text Mike, and he tells me that the starter is coming from Texas instead of Florida and it should get there by Friday. Three more days go by and it is now Saturday and I have no further updates on if the starter actually made it there the previous day. I text Mike asking for an update and expressing how I have had to make my own accommodations all week to get myself and my son to work and school and how I would appreciate regular updates, no response. I call the service department to find out that he is not there that day and another guy working there should give me a call with an update and I never received that call. Finally, on Monday morning I receive a text from Mike, notifying me about the starter getting there that morning and making my vehicle top priority. He updated me on the starter’s arrival, when the repairs were being done, and when my car was at the wash. That was the most consistent communication that I received during the whole week and a half process. I hate that I had to reach out every single time to even find out about anything going on with my car. I understand that parts need to be ordered and some repairs can take time, but not having that proper communication to know what is going on was extremely frustrating. Also, I don’t understand the one loaner car situation. After I asked about it the first two days of my car being there I never heard anything else. I’m happy to finally have my car back, but the communication was poor.

I waited on my vehicle while servicing was being done. I appreciate the quick turnaround. I did not want the vehicle washed as I had washed and waxed it days earlier, so that help me on my way quickly. The waiting area was clean and the coffee machine produces really good coffee.
