I had a fuel tank replacement and an estimate done and the fuel tank and labor was covered by my warranty so then the total I was told on the phone was only going to be 70 something dollars in his words exactly then I got covid and was able to pick up the car for a week when I came to pick it up he said he put 20 dollars in gas in and somehow my bill had gone up 100 dollars I was a little short of the total because I wasn’t expecting to pay that much whenever I told him how much I had and that I would pay him all the money I had and we could set up some sort of payment plan for the last fifteen He proceeds to tell me no very rudely then follows up with the question can you not just go ask $15 from the person who brought you here which is one of the worst customer service questions I’ve ever been asked in my entire life would not go here customer service is terrible and they will add fees without telling you even though they say they will not P.s. They also left my center console full of oil for some reason
