Try to force you to purchase more... Attempted to buy 2 sodas. Was told needed to buy more in order to use my debit card...??? Really. Fine! Guess what. I left and went to Kangaroo Mart one mile down the road. They had no problem allowing me to buy 2 sodas with debit card, and it was cheaper!!! How you like that jerks?

I haven't even been there before but I just want to say kudos to you Bob for thinking about the community with these high gas prices and price gouging. It shows that these businesses can look out for their customers more than they do. I saw the story on the news, keep up the good work! Be blessed!

I frequent this gas station often, (I usually pay at the pump and rarely ever go inside) the gas pump area is very small, while attempting to pull up to the pump another huge truck pulled in from the other direction with a flatbed trailer attached to it and blocked all 4 pumps. When I asked if he could back up so I could pull up to a pump and get gas( all the other pumps had ppl at them) , he rudely waved me off and said I ain’t moving nothing. His car riders then all laughed and went into the store. I then parked because I now was sitting in the middle of the parking lot ( yes it’s that small). I admit I was upset at this point and I asked the owner if he could get the guy to move as they were all in the store and nobody was even getting gas at that moment. He stated “ he’s getting gas” ( it was clear at that point they were regulars since he knew that and they had just entered the store) and I stated that he is blocking 4 pumps while they were all in there shopping, at that moment some rude girl working the register ( that I wasn’t talking to) got smart with me and advised they have to get work also (as if the rest world should stop and wait until they finished doing what they had to do 1st). Needless to say an argument in sued and the owner said or did nothing, I eventually left , I will never patronize this establishment again.

I use this gas station pretty often and I always enjoy the service I receive if I need to go inside for anything. But today I had my first breakfast sandwich! It was amazing. Had a sausage egg and cheese with some onion and tomato added and it definitely hit the spot

I stopped by March 20 at 9:30pm with my 69 year old sister who had just had surgery on her foot. I forgot the wheel chair at home and she was trying to hobble to the restroom with a walker. Shante went above and beyond to help us! She let me use a cart to put my sister on to wheel her to the restroom and car, saving us from possible further injury!!! She even wiped it down. I’m so thankful for Shante tonight!

Genie/Jeanie (sp) and staff were amazing today. My daughter was in a wreck over 2hrs away from home and found herself stranded and alone at Bob’s. They went above and beyond to help her calm down, and feel safe. I wish more people in the world were like them!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for stepping in when I couldn’t.

Really great food! I pay extra for long distance delivery on Door Dash just to get a hot dog and a grilled chicken sandwhich from here. Best convenience store food I have ever had! If I am ever on that side of Greensboro I plan to stop by in person. Also, I love that they always doodle a cute pic on my food bags :)
