This place took my car in at the last minute. They made sure I had a great experience as I needed an alignment on my vehicle. Everyone else (other repair shops) was not able to get me in for a few days. I called these guys and they said they were full and couldn't get me in until tomorrow. I explained to them my situation and they squeezed me in (full disclosure; I also explained my situation to the other repair shops). It was a short wait time and they were very nice and professional. I offered the mechanic a $20 tip (all I could afford to give) and he turned me down. He said it was not a big deal to help me out and they were glad to do it. He told me to keep the $20 (tip) cause he knew I would be back if something else went wrong on my vehicle. He was absolutely right. (fingers crossed) If I ever have anything wrong with my vehicle and I can't fix it, I am not hesitating to take my vehicle to these guys. I have recommended my neighbors to them and my neighbors have had a great experience as well. These guys are great!

Adam and his team are top notch. They only have one interest and that's fixing what needs to be fixed. I've taken my truck to them three times now and have walked away knowing they were completely honest and upfront about the details, while minimizing costs. My last visit resulted in a $0 charge as the fix was very easy, but only because Adam took the time to figure out the issue. I HIGHLY recommend Bonner Springs Auto and will be taking all of my vehicles there moving forward.

Great shop quality work fair pricing highly recommend. Absolutely love going to the shop they take care of you they treat you well. Had a little bit of a problem took it up there they got me in and out really quick. It's unfortunate I can only get my 5-star rating because I believe that they deserve a 10 Stars

I can’t stress how much I love coming here. I have said it before idc if I was living out of town I’d still bring my car here. This is a great car shop with great people working here, very kind and helpful with everything and anything I need. My step dad loves them and swears by them so I do too and even now when I go on my own they treat me as they always have, they always take good care of me and always try to help me out with saving money. had a tire blowout and could only make it to the 7/11 gas station right by the shop. we couldn’t get the spare to drop down off the car and even though it was about 30 minutes before they were about to close, they were incredibly nice and helpful and got the spare down and then put on! even gave us a recommendation for a place to go for a replacement. would highly recommend these guys!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE 😁 THANK YOU Adam!! My car was overheating, and leaking! They were slammed busy but made time for me to drop my car off while I worked nearby, to look it over and see what was going on!! They found several problems, which one I already knew, but didn't realize it was that bad!! And did not charge me a DIME to do it!! Very honest, reliable, And trustworthy!!!!! Great staff all around!
