I stopped in Boulevard Tire a couple days ago and shared with Ryan 2 concerns I was having with my vehicles. Ryan treated me with professionalism and the utmost respect. He recommended I bring my vehicles by for them to look at and my Rogue would need to be dropped off for the day.
Today, 10/31, I did as requested. Ryan greeted me as I walked in. This man is so respectful and I, as a lady, appreciated his mannerism.
Frank called to let me know the status of my Rogue. I picked it up as Ryan was leaving work. Both of these guys were professional and deserve to be recognized as they distribute the core of the business dealing with each individual as they enter. Both explained their opinions on my vehicles and recommended their thoughts.
Kudos to Ryan and Frank! Continue presenting yourself with professionalism and concerns to your customers 😀

Another tire shop recommended these guys to me because they couldn’t do the alignment on my VW GLI. I’m so happy that they did. These guys did such a great job with the alignment. When I walked in, I told him what I needed. He asked me a few questions to address my concerns with wanting to get the alignment done. My car was driving so smoothly afterwards.
They did such a great job, I ended up taking my BMW 435i to get the alignment done as well.
Both cars required a four-wheel alignment and weights needed to be added inside the vehicle for the alignment to be done properly. I had already known that but these guys told me (without asking) and said they have all the specs they needed.
I asked for a printout of each alignment and all adjustments were spot-on.
For as long as I live in the area, I will continue to take my car here for all my alignment needs.
