We had a birthday party at this location. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They decorated the tables extremely well and catered to our every need. A+ service!

Wonderful atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lanes are clean and such fun with personalized scoreboard. I recommend this bowling and games facility to all ages.

Very friendly staff at the counter, great service in the lanes and tables ideally. Interesting balls for public use, as each ball has two different-sized thumb holes.

We used to go to a different bowling alley that has since closed and this one has become our new favorite. It is always easy to get a lane and they have really good prices. Its also clean and well kept.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Staff was beyond rude—hovering over us and making a scene over a personal water bottle. We live in the desert; staying hydrated shouldn’t be treated like a crime. I’d understand if it was outside food or alcohol, but this was ridiculous. On top of that, they nickel-and-dimed us for every refill, and their so-called “water cups” are laughably small—barely larger than a mouthwash cup. The whole experience felt petty, hostile, and unwelcoming. Tucson AZ location. Camino Seco. I really wish I got the girls name who was working the concession stand. Was there Sunday 8/31 around 2pm. She had dark hair. She needs an attitude adjustment.

We went only for the arcade just to try it out. It was on the smaller side but we had it all to ourselves. It was clean and every game worked which is surprising in arcades! The staff was super nice and helpful. We can't wait to go back to try bowling

Loved it. My nephew turned 7 and wanted his birthday party to take place here. It couldn't have been any better

We came here instead of our normal bowling alley and it's been by far worse then any in tucson. At first it was fine, spent $40 on food and drinks then another $170 on lanes as we have a party of 10. Our friends that joined us ordered food and drinks as well and then 5 minutes into bowling we had 3 employees approach us because we had a water bottle on our table. We've spent over $250 here in the last 45mins and they are worried about a kids water bottle!! We will never return as we're all avid bowlers including our kids. Don't waste your time or your money here, any alley is better i promise!

First time ever coming to Bowlero, and it was an amazing experience. From the fantastic staff down to the great food! We came at a quite busy time but Gus the manager was on it and was determined to give us a good experience and he did an above and beyond job definitely coming back!

We come here frequently and bowl in the practice league — it’s always a great time! The managers, Jacob and Gabby, are absolutely amazing. I’ve seen them handle difficult situations with professionalism and kindness, leaving even the most challenging customers happy.
The only thing I’d love to see improved is a way to communicate bowling etiquette to newer or casual bowlers — maybe some friendly signs near the ball returns or seating areas could help.
Overall, this location is fantastic — great staff, great atmosphere, and a great place to bowl! 🎳

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star — Disappointed and Disrespected at Bowlero Tucson
Our group of six arrived at Bowlero Tucson excited for a fun afternoon of bowling. Unfortunately, what should’ve been a simple check-in turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.
One member of our group was running about 25 minutes late. We explained we were happy to pay full price for everyone—including the late arrival—and asked if the rest of us could start bowling. The employee at the counter refused, saying we couldn’t begin until every person in our party was present because he “didn’t know how many lanes we’d need.”
We clearly stated there were six of us total and confirmed that six people can share one lane. Despite that, he made us stand in the doorway for about 15 minutes—some of our members are in their 80s—before reluctantly allowing us to check in. He also said our final member would not be allowed to join us once we started, even if we paid for him.
By the time our sixth friend arrived (just minutes later), we had already been forced into an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. After driving across town, he left upset and disappointed.
As President of the Men’s Social Network of Tucson, I was hoping Bowlero could become our regular venue for group bowling events. Sadly, after this poor treatment, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere—most likely to Pinz, where we’ve heard they’re friendlier, more accommodating, and more affordable.
A little flexibility and kindness would’ve gone a long way. Instead, Bowlero lost a potential long-term group of loyal customers.

I was there this past Saturday. We go there a couple times a week. This bowling alley is very clean. There’s other bowling alleys closer to me, but I go to this location because the staff is friendly. The food is good. Environment is nice. I highly recommend.

Go to groupon. Went to check out the arcade. Really cool for little kids. Although the kid and me liked it too. Sunday through Thursday 2 hours unlimited play 30 bucks I am coming back with my grandkids.

The server and shoe lady were both great!
However, I have a big issue with a "No outside water bottles" Policy. in Arizona that is ridiculous.
Ill go to a bowling alley where I can bring my own water.

Bowlero is one of the best bowling alleys I have ever been to. It's always so clean inside and the lanes are great! the staff is so polite, especially the managers. Their customer service is definitely on point. Ian, Jacob, and Gabby and are awesome. Katrina and Charlene always have my drinks ready to go. Naz in the snack bar is the best! they started doing karaoke on Saturdays now which I think is really cool because my friends will bowl and then take a break to go sing!

Friendly staff. On League days/nights, you have to get them bartenders attention at the bar, and then meet them at the side window. General population players are friendly, which is good because the seating is so close to one another... yet open, so it doesn't feel crowded. Good vibes!
