Rip-off! I selected 87 gas and it pumped 93 into my car, and now there’s nothing I or the store will do about it. They try to pull you in with cheap prices then rip you off at the pump. I won’t be back

The man at counter is very rude his machines in laundry mat are out of order and change machin out of order trys to blame customers for over filling the washers when its not true ! Then on top of he gets mad because he has to give you change ! I will never come to this place again very poor customer service even at his gas station ! He does not even have someone to clean the place up makes the customers at the gas station

The cashier is always watching t.v. He will leave you standing there watching t.v. and wait on you at his convenience. The cashier and one of the employees from Subway are continuously wrestling around in the store and in the parking lot. Laundry Mat is an absolute pit. Food and trash all over the floor. Washers standing in water. This place needs some serious help!

This gas station definitely could use improvement in some areas. Most of the time when you want to use their car wash after you fuel up your vehicle you have to go in and see the attendant to get a receipt with the car wash code because they don't keep the receipt paper at the pumps adequately filled. Also, would be nice when their car wash is out of order to put up a sign rather than pay for a car wash at the pump and then get to the car wash door entrance and then find out it's out of order. Until these simple fixes can be implemented, we definitely recommend going to the car wash a few blocks just north of this one.

They have water in their gas. I filled My car and my engine light came on. Took My car to the dealership and had a dinnoxtistest done and it says water in gas. Be careful With gas station's. My car's fine Now because I change the gas. Everyone Have A Safe and Blessed Day today Drive safe

I've been inside several times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I like that they have their own rewards program in addition to Kroger/Pick'n'Save (you can only apply one at a time). That said I do wish it showed which reward program has a bigger discount before you make a decision. Instead you have to check your Kroger app rewards and compare it to what BP offers, which takes more time so I usually don't do it that way. At this location you're also eligible to enter a monthly raffle with every $30 purchase. I've never done it but I like that they offer it for those who spend more money there. The location is convenient for me as I find myself in the neighborhood often, and prices are usually on par with other stations nearby. I can't speak to the car wash or other items / services. The staff have always been attentive but I've always gone during busier times

I hope they shut this place down The prices in here are so ridiculous. Everything is about $3-$5 overpriced do not go here. Do not give them business. This is outrageous. I am literally going to contact someone in the city about this.
