Brought my vehicle in for 2 repairs. Exhaust leak and P0256 code (small vapor leak). $2,500 later still drove off with neither issue fixed. $2500 was for other issues they found while doing diagnostics. I approved the other repairs with the assumption the two items I actually brought my vehicle in for would be fixed as well. This was not the case. $2500 for oil change, wiper blade replacement, new water pump and rear brakes. I was told they didn’t have the proper tools or ability to fix exhaust leak and couldn’t find or fix the small vapor leak even after a smoke test. The gentlemen who helped me when I delivered my vehicle was helpful and polite. The gentleman who was there when I picked up my vehicle (I believe to be the manager) lacked empathy, care or concern that I was spending $2500 and still had both issues I originally came in for. If you need brakes fixed, oil changes or you are rich AF and don’t care about your hard earned money, Brake Masters is for you. I would recommend looking elsewhere for more complex diagnostics and service. First and last time customer.

Made an appointment for basic oil change, Showed up 20min early, asked to leave vehicle for 1.5-2.0hours. I made the appointment because I needed the convenience of getting it done in a timely manner. I have been using another location for years on 4 different vehicles so I know to make an appointment if I’m not dropping it off. Appointments are offered in 30 minutes intervals on their website so if they can complete scheduled work in that time frame, or at least reasonably close, they shouldn’t be taking appointments.

Great service and fair pricing! As a woman, I’m accustomed to being treated like less than when I need services for my car which is an unfortunate reality for many of women. Typically, because of this (and because I typically share a piece of my mind when that happens😂), my husband handles these things but he was out of town. Always a good experience at Brake Masters in Roseville. Good quality service for a reasonable price. Never try to up sell you. I took my vehicle there for a oil and filter change and tier rotation. They advised me that my battery will need replacing soon. This battery has five years on it. So yes time to replace it. Also very clean restroom. I take both my vehicles there for servicing.
