This location is the absolute WORST Braman location in all of the United States. I had to physically go to the location yesterday to make a service appointment because their employees were incompetent of finding my file with my oil change program. When I got there, the manager took care of me with my services. It is now the next day and I have work, and they are pestering me to bring the rental car back by 12:00pm but I have work and told them I could not bring it back until 6:00pm tonight. They have threatened to charge me $49.95 for returning it at 6:00pm after my work day is over. The service advisors name is Maruf Muchallah, and he has been very rude the entire time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere - this place is not consistent with the other Braman locations in South Florida. Stay away.

I originally took my 2022 BMW X2 in to Braman BMW service department for a low oil indicator light. The service advisor informed me that the car was had a turbo engine therefore burned more oil…so he topped the oil off and sent me on my way…he did not diagnose the car and the whole service appointment took about 10 minutes…fast forward two weeks and the car is overheating and leaking oil. So now what was believed to be a turbo engine just burning more oil to a major moth long repair and about $8000 in cost…and the issue didn’t end there. I returned the car to Braman BMW two more times within two months with the same oil leak issues that never got resolved…over a 4 month period, I returned the car to service 4 times. Braman BMW service department is BETTER at supplying you with a loaner car and than fixing your vehicle. The service is HORRIBLE.

I called ahead and spoke with someone at the dealership before driving 45 minutes to visit. I explained that I have a trade-in and that I’m shopping around to compare deals before deciding. The lady I spoke to told me to come in and said someone would help me with that. When I arrived, the salesperson told me they couldn’t show me any numbers unless I was “serious,” and that it would change the numbers. That was frustrating because I had clearly explained my situation beforehand and only came after being told I could get help. It felt like a waste of time and poor communication between the staff.

Calling the parts dept if I could give a 0 star I would these guys just transfer you around and hang up the phone multiple times and when they say who you spoke to instead of trying to help they just try to transfer you back to the last person. I’m trying to purchase a part to finish a repair and no help what so ever from this dept on the phone. I bet if they needed an urgent part for their car to get running they would be irate too. Better off going to South Motors bmw for parts

Beyond always having to wait hours for simple tasks for this service center, I was recently told that our vehicle was ready for pick up after the car was supposed to be ready on a Monday and delayed until Friday. Then being told by multiple people that the car was ready to be picked up, after waiting 30 minutes for them to simply retrieve the car and without anyone mentioning anything, I went to ask what the delay was only to find out that the Service center lost the key to the car! There is a major lack of communication at this center and is always very sloppy in regard to hand off Between service advisors and there is some serious improvements that need to be made here. Time is the most precious asset everyone has and I don’t think anyone enjoys spending it with stress at a service center that has no idea what is going on

Terrible service experience with my advisor, Nasser Darwich. Communication was consistently poor — texts went unanswered, follow-ups were ignored, and I never received a call back from the service manager despite calling twice. I live quite far from the dealership, so I asked if my upcoming December maintenance could be done while the car was already in for repairs, but no one was willing to help or even speak with me directly. When I tried to pick up my car, my messages asking about timing were ignored until the next day. I also asked for the vehicle to be charged before pickup because it was showing low battery — that didn’t happen. I ended up having to stop at a charging station on the way home, which delayed me by 1.5 hours. I’ve leased 4–5 vehicles from Braman over the years, and I remember when luxury service here actually meant something. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. This will likely be my last vehicle with Braman.

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received at Braman BMW. From the moment I arrived, I was treated disrespectfully by the service advisor, who looked me up and down and insinuated that my car wasn’t "appropriate" for someone like me. His attitude was completely unprofessional and demeaning. To make matters worse, my car had several issues, including a faulty battery, oil leaks from the engine (both the upper and lower parts), and a coolant leak that led to overheating. When Braman BMW provided a quote, they claimed that my warranty only covered the oil leak in the lower engine and the starter, leaving me to cover a $3,000 deductible—$1,000 for the battery and $2,000 for the other issues that they said weren't covered. However, I decided to take care of the radiator hoses elsewhere with a certified BMW mechanic who offered me a much more reasonable price. After the radiator hoses were replaced, we discovered additional problems: the radiator itself was leaking, and the radiator fan wasn’t working, which likely caused the initial overheating. These issues were completely overlooked by Braman BMW. To make matters worse, my independent mechanic reviewed my warranty and confirmed that the upper engine oil leak should have been covered, meaning Braman BMW misled me. It's outrageous that they failed to catch such critical issues, like the non-functioning radiator fan. I feel like I paid a lot of money for a poorly executed job, and to top it off, they returned my car dirty. Overall, I feel cheated and deeply dissatisfied with the service at Braman BMW. They missed critical diagnostics, misrepresented what my warranty should cover, and provided terrible customer service. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been servicing my car there since I bought it and my service advisor Israel Morales is always very helpful and very attentive to detail. He always go above and beyond to help. The technicians do amazing work and everything is video documented. The employees at the rental car desk are amazing, super friendly and very helpful.

I have been looking all over for the right bulb holder for my X3. It must be a discontinued part because all of the usual sources cannot get it. I found braman bmw online and decided to try. The shopping cart said they could get the part. I checked out and the part was to be drop shipped. I went through an infuriating process over $59 as though it was some exorbitant charge. Being treated like a thief doing credit card fraud is really unpleasant. Even when it is painted with a friendly veneer, it is still the assumption that a legitimate customer is trying to steal from the business when in fact they are simply trying to patronize it. After the ridiculous back-and-forth for a $59 part, it was agreed to send the part. THEY SENT THE LEFT BULB HOLDER USING DROP SHIPPING. I finally look on the box today and now I am stuck with a part that I did not order. I wrote to the customer service guy but I don't expect any resolution. They will probably expect me to send back the part, wasting more of my time and money. I still don't have the right bulb holder and it is my assumption that this was a deliberate move. The factories probably do not make them anymore for 2004 X3. I looked everywhere and everyone has the left bulb holder, nobody has the right one. Whoever did this knew what they were doing, they took my money and sold me something that I did not order. If there is some amicable resolution that does not cost me any more money (YEAH RIGHT) then I will change this review. Otherwise, this is the least I can do for the infuriating hassle that it has been trying to work with this company and patronize a business.

We have been part of the Braman family for almost 16 years. What keeps us coming back is the outstanding level of service received over the years. Our service adviser is Ben Ferrer and simply cannot say enough about how well everything works out. We are about to trade and upgrade to next size suv either gas or all electric. One thing is for sure is no matter what happens Ben will be our guy. Overall Braman is the only place to buy or lease any of the brands they carry. We just are BMW for life and this is one of the, if not only, the best there is.

Brought in my recently bought BMW for issues to the Service Center, after a brake from BMW with an Audi. I was happy with the ease of scheduling appointments, getting loaners ,efficiently run service department and nice waiting areas. I also decided to revise my review after I was assigned a new service manager who was amazing compared to the first one. One bad service manager shouldn’t affect the otherwise really well oiled system. They even have a valet service drop off and pickup which was amazing. Unfortunately I left behind a bag of belongings in the loaner, which went out to someone else who has not returned the car yet. I was impressed with how polite and helpful everyone was throughout and sure they will keep an eye out for it once they get the loaner back.

Came in for a scheduled oil change. The service center was busy, but the staff managed everything quickly and efficiently, completing the oil change within 2 hours. Freddy, the service advisor, was very helpful. I appreciated the detailed video report they sent afterward—super helpful and thorough.

We’ve been loyal Braman customers for over 10 years, owning and leasing several vehicles including Cadillac, BMW, and Hyundai. Unfortunately, our recent experiences with the BMW service department have been the worst we’ve ever encountered with any company. During our last service visit, none of the fluids were topped off, and the tires were not rotated — something I confirmed by marking them beforehand. When we noticed these issues, we tried contacting the manager, but he refused to take our call and instead relayed a message through the service representative, suggesting there might be a leak. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Our leases are about to expire, and we will not be giving Braman any further business. Even though we had planned to purchase another Hyundai Kona (we paid cash for our current one), we’ll be taking our business elsewhere — the same goes for our BMW 4 Series and 3 Series. Over the years, we’ve met many great employees at Braman, but it’s clear that the turnover has affected service quality. After the most recent service on my 4 Series, I had to take the car to an independent, reputable shop just to verify whether the oil had even been changed, as the engine bay looked untouched. I’ll be presenting a full report, including findings from the independent inspection, to the General Manager next week. It’s disappointing that long-time loyal customers are treated this way. also we asked for a video and they couldn't furnish it

I had a great experience at Braman MINI of Miami! They’ve handled my oil changes, and every visit has been smooth and professional. The service team makes sure to go over every detail with me and keeps everything well documented. Highly recommend their service department!

I had a very disappointing experience here. It started with what felt like a bait-and-switch. I received an email with a maintenance coupon, but when I arrived they told me the coupon didn’t apply to my vehicle. If that’s the case, why send it to me in the first place? Then I ended up paying $580 for an oil change, which is already very expensive. On top of that, they insisted I needed to pay another $250 for a vehicle check-up, and told me that if I didn’t do it, they would not reset the maintenance light on my dashboard. Check for alternatives and decide carefully before bringing your vehicle here.

I usually go to South Miami BMW; however, my office is just one street over from Braman, so I decided to go there for my X5 M Comp oil change. I also had a $19 coupon, which they honored. Both Danny and Daniel—I believe those were their names—the service advisors, were super nice and welcoming. Being a younger guy driving a nice car, I’m often treated poorly by service reps at other dealerships, but these two were extremely kind and efficient. I dropped the car off (unfortunately, I couldn’t get a loaner—probably because I’m not 21 yet). A little later, I received a text with a walkthrough video of my car that went over the tires and brakes in great detail, which was very thorough and professional. About three hours later, I got another text letting me know my car was ready. The only downsides were waiting around 30 minutes for valet to bring my car and not being able to get a loaner, but otherwise, it was exceptional service.
