Great place and Good service! the prices aren’t that bad every time I take my car, the only thing sometimes is that the waiting time tends to be long even with appointment made. There’s a lot of people, all the time.

My agent is always excellent, called DANIEL SOTO ( outstanding ) ! But his manager, he doesn’t know how to deal with customers . I went there just to replace a head light bulb that was malfunctioning and it took 5 long hours ! Unbelievable! Unacceptable! I got really late to my job , my coworkers told me to give better excuse . The manager tried to blame me after 5 hour saying …. you had the choice to get a loaner, for a light bulb ? What ? Loaner car means I have to go back to dealer another day to pick up my car …. Definitely No , then he said I when there after a holiday ,;thanks giving ! ) Not a good excuse bc I have my appointment early in AM . Get your luxury car service in another dealer or place ! My service day was 11/28/2022

Shoutout to Fernando Ramos, MINI Service Advisor at Barman MINI. I did not have a service appointment and was just seeking some assistance with getting my license plate reattached to my car. Even though Fernando was on hold for an important phone call, he arranged to have my license plate reattached. When it was completed, Fernando walked me out to my car. Thank you, Fernando, for delivering exceptional care for something so minor. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you.

Excellent Service at Braman from Justyne. They gave me a brand new Mini Cooper Countryman Courtesy car while mine was in for a service. Quick turn around and they cleaned both in and outside of my car. Great job. Thank you

I’ve been bringing my Mini here for service for a while and recently Justyne was my service advisor. She listened to all my concerns and actually took care of the problem with my car and kept me updated through out the process. That was outstanding customer service

They are taking care of my Mini Cooper roadster as I’m writing this review. It took a more than 3 business days to start checking all what is needed and two days already for the work to be completed. Super expensive as every dealer is but I think it will be worth. I gave three stars so for because the representative was not forthcoming about the process to begin with. I may change it after I finally get my car

Unorganized & slow - came to pick up my car and was waiting for 1 hour for absolutely no reason (found out after asking for the third time. There were barely any costumers too and it took 4 representatives to get together to figure out how to get my car from the lot to the front). Extremely overpriced - All parts of the estimate were ridiculously overpriced but my favorite was $900+ to change out three little lights. Many of the repairs “needed” ($1,500+ each) were ultimately unnecessary. Avoid if possible unless you have nothing better to do with your money or time.

This service center is quite slow and almost always full. A lot of their behavior is suspicious. I have been to them multiple times for the same issue. I just knew they weren't fixing the problem. They have some sort of system where they create more problems to get you to come back. I was told that two of my pipes needed to be replaced. I purchased them for Braman and had another service center fix my car. They proceeded to tell me that only one pipe was needed, the other was just loosened by someone and needed to be pushed in. The mechanics at Braman are not trustworthy. The last time I was there for an oil change, they couldn’t find my car. Not to mention, they are severely overpriced which is the norm for dealers. Be prepared to spend 4-5x for labor. The parts are bit pricey but not as crazy as labor.

I bought a 2023 Mini Cooper Convertible from Braman on November 22, 2022 for a price of $3K over MSRP plus further dealer fees. Next day, I recognized that the piano black surface around hazard switch just up to control screen on dashboard is highly defective (see first four pictures). Piano black surface has bubble shaped spots/defects on the whole surface there. The reason for these defects is probably keeping the car in a very hot storage or under direct sunlight while the piano black surfaces of not yet sold new car are still covered with protective plastic foil. Probably the plastic foil on surface gets very hot and harmed the surface irrevocably. So, this looks like not the failure of manufacturer, but the improper car storage of the dealer. I immediately brought the car to the dealer, and they told me that they should replace this part and to do that, they must open the dashboard. Imagine that you are buying a brand-new car from a luxury known BMW/Mini brand, but you must endure opening your brand new car’s dashboard. I also had to wait 24 days for the arrival of spare part from Germany and then went to Braman service on December 15, 2022. What they have done to my brand-new car for this replacement is “removing driver and passenger sides strips, removing ring trim, removing screws, removing central instrumental panel” and then replacing the part and reinstalling again said parts (see last picture). I spent my 3 hours at service and when they delivered my car, what a surprise, they did not even install the ring correctly and it was moving, rattling and squeaking. I took the car from service as-is and brought it to sales manager on dealer side to show how perfectly (!!) the service opened the dashboard of my new car and made the replacement. Then I had to go back to service again and wait another 1 hour to let them fix this again. After experiencing such a great (!!) service, I will never feel comfortable again with my brand-new car whether its dashboard will make some squeaking or rattling in the future again. The reason why we buy a new car is not that someone comes next day and opens your new car’s dashboard. Of course, I asked them to compensate my inconvenience as they sold me a defective car $3K over MSRP and also charged me $998 “pre delivery service charge” in addition to other dealer charges which they exactly describe in documents as “inspecting and adjusting the vehicle before delivery” and then expected me to endure opening my brand-new car’s dashboard and spending my half day at their service. I asked them to pay me back at least this $998 pre-delivery fee for compensation of my inconvenience as the defect is because of dealer’s improper car storage and they even did not fulfill their “inspection service” before delivering the car. This is what should have expected from a BMW/Mini brand’s dealer and service. Instead of customer satisfaction, what the dealer has done is just not replying to my emails for weeks, underestimating and disrespecting my inconvenience and making a mocking offer after weeks. Briefly, if you are looking for a Mini dealer and service which does not care any customer satisfaction relying on pages of contracts you were forced to sign by purchase, does not even take any responsibility of delivering a defective car because of its own improper storage and not fulfilling its pre-delivery inspection liability; and despite its own negligence, even does not make any fair effort to show its sincerely apologize by compensating your inconvenience with a reasonable offer, you are at right place. But don’t forget to inspect the car yourself before purchasing as they only care about charging inspection fee but not really inspecting the car.

Dishonest service manager. When I went there for ongoing AC issue, a service manger quoted $350 for diagnosis, which is OK but a bit higher than expected because last time I paid $300 at a dealer in the Silicon Valley. Then I decided to try a highly-rated independent mechanic first because last time the CA dealer charged me but couldn’t find the leak. When I came back a few days later because MINI asked me to, another service manager quoted me $650 for diagnosis, after I mentioned it’s impossible to drive without AC in Miami summer. I said the previous manager quoted $350, and he said that manager was new and didn’t know the price, AC diagnosis costs extra. I then mentioned it was $300 in CA and it was also for AC diagnosis, and he told me in Miami AC diagnosis costs extra. I almost paid but decided to call the other dealer in Miami to get a quote first, and they quoted $250. The service manager overheard my call and said make sure they know it’s AC, with a funny face. I asked and the other dealer confirmed. I was ready to leave and the manager said make sure they don’t lure you in and ask you to pay more. That didn’t happen. Not giving one star because the first manager was good.

I searched for a part online and purchased exactly what I needed. I made a payment and was charged for the part and shipping. This morning I get a strange email from them asking me to verify an additional charge for them. I’m not sure why, I’ve already ordered and paid for the part and asked them why? They respond back with my order was canceled. So I was charged for the part and this unnecessary verification charge and my part never shipped and now canceled. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away from his place! There are many more online OEM parts retailers who will treat you with better service! Now I’m filing a fraudulent charge request with my CC company to get my refund for this horrible transaction.
