I called about 2 C Class motorhomes that were listed on the Bretz website. I received a very prompt phone call from the one of the team members who connected me with Nick at the lot in Nampa. He was very conscientious and listened to my wish list for a "new to us" Motorhome. The 2 that I called about were very nice and fairly priced. We decided against those as we are in need of a little more towing capacity. Nick to time to call on the weekend just to keep us updated and is knows how to help. 5 Stars from us. Thanks again.

Second trailer we bought at Bretz and that is because of Chad. Chad was awesome to work with. He is the dude that is an enjoyment to sit next to at a camp fire. He listened beyond just to make a sale, he listened to make sure we got what we desired and wanted. He noted concerns and reservations, he educated and informed us. He reminded us the “why” when we got discouraged and that setting was not in that why. He happily guided us as we changed what was important and what was no longer needed in our dream trailer. The day that he found what we wanted he rejoiced with us and was genuinely happy that we were able to fulfill our goal.

We met Tucker Ferguson at the RV show in Spokane Washington. Tucker was so patient, kind, and understanding as we went through the process of deciding which camper we wanted to purchase. He met our every request and stayed with us along the whole process taking us to different managers to make sure all of our questions were answered. He was Very thorough and never made us feel rushed or pressure! It was an amazing fun experience!
