Never again. Had car for 6 days with a sensor code. After them not returning phone call like promised I call to find out whats going on with my car and they insinuate im bothering them. Car returned in worse shape then brought in.

So I took my 2014 town & country in because my engine light came on. These are NEW OWNERS AND NOT SAME SERVICES. Guy lied to me like I am a WHOLE FOOL telling me my van has 3 transmissions and would need 3 separate pans. EVEN TOOK SAME PIC AT DIFFERENT ANGLES 🤦🏾♀️ I looked at him and shook my head. Why is he lying to my face? Then said I needed a motor😳🧐 well got my van took it to dealership and fixed. Rocker arm and transmission filter replacement. Simple fix when these ppl lied and entire staff went along with the lie. Terrible business BEWARE

My car was so messed up 3 other mechanics told me I needed a new engine. Not only did they rebuild my engine, but they also installed a gas tank, all in a timely manner. Great guys and Great buisness.

I brought my car in to be repaired. Only needed a heater hose. Came back 2 Days Later... The work was still not done. I had to wait around two hours for completion. Then they tried to up sell me on a filter.

These people had my car since Tuesday. Its Friday. I bought the part i needed. They find something else which is fine. They didn't even touch my car until Wednesday evening. I gave them a day after that. Now it's Friday. I need my car to go out of town to MAKE MONEY. They keep saying they will call me back. If you need serious work, don't go. Go get minor things done. But if they are under staffed let me know so I can get my car and take it some where else. I'm loosing money by not having my car, and spending money for their service. They still have my car. Now after I brought the part in to be replaced, two new parts were all of a sudden needed. they were put on and then some crank issue and wiring is bad. It's going on two weeks, I don't think I talked to the same manager yet. I even went up there and my car was held hostage with parts all over the place. I've had several people tell me they'd call back and never have I received one phone call. I even had someone go as far as wanting to send me pics vis text. I agreed and still received nothing. I brought the car in on the 21st of Feb and now its the 2nd of March. They are not picking up my phone calls now. All the reviews say good things about getting an oil change, but don't take your personal vehicle there for anything else

A 1 star because I can't leave a 0 , Mike is very unprofessional and it had my vehicle for over 8 months then when I was tired of the excuses and had my vehicle towed away he blocked the tow truck and caused a complete scene. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP , he will constantly give excuses and act like he is giving you a deal

It was clean waiting area and the work area seemed organized and clean. The prices for their services were fair and reasonable. The wait time for the brake service was better than average. Another customer had a problem and they dealt with it in a professional manner and was able to resolve the issue in a fair manner.

MADE CAR WORSE! HORRIBLE MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE. The people were nice but I took car for diagnostic test and both brake lights were out but was told would let me know price before repairing. The brake lights ended up being more than originally told and when I arrived to pick up my car it had been driven onto the curb so I had to drag it off. Now not only did I overpay for my tail lights NOT to be rewired because that went out the next day and still don't work I also paid for a diagnostic test that probably did not happen. They say they guarantee the work and to bring it back but why would I take my car back when the service done was so bad. Now my car is leaking antifreeze and oil and it was not before. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY REFUSED. DON'T GO AND SUPPORT THIS SHOP.

Don't go here, I put my car in the shop here, paid 120$ for diagnosis. Paid 200 to be fixed, within two or three days I broke down again with the same problem that he claimed to fix.. so I took my car back, to see wat in the world.... I just gave him 200. N I broke right back down, Every time I came by to check on my car the second time, with ANOTHER 120$ for ANOTHER diagnosis, it was sitting in the same spot.. for 7 days. I guess he got tired of me calling n coming up there,,, so he told me a bogus lie about how a security light was now coming on and he can't fix it 😔. So I asked for my 120$ back to take it elsewhere to see wats wrong with my car! He got really angry, gave me my keys n told me to tow my car off his lot, n not to come back to his shop.. I feel like I didn't deserve that behavior from him..😔. My feelings was so Hurt. do not deal with this shop I believe the owner name is Mike.. and the lady that sits at the front desk her name is Jennifer..

I called brickyard automotive for a quote to get my air conditioner fixed in my vehicle. Their price was cheaper than several other other places that I called so I decided to give them a try. The were professionalism, knowledge and service exceeded my expectations. my vehicle was finished before expected and now my AC works great and just in time for the summer.

BUYER BEWARE: First let me say that when I called and spoke to Bob he was friendly. When I came in to have my car looked at, Alexis was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. NOW here comes the bad review. They gave me a quote for the repairs prior to "fixing" my car. When I called them to see the status, Sha or Shaw however you pronounce her name was not friendly at all. She was throwing all types of numbers at me and I explained to her that I left my receipt at her establishment. They only "fixed" one thing valve cover gasket. The next day at 8am on a Sat, Sha or Shaw called me telling me that her mechanic thinks he left a tool under my hood and if I can bring it it. I told her not this morning. That afternoon, I brought it in and the mechanic was very informative and he also sprayed this thing in the front of the engine while talking to me. After speaking to him, I then went inside to get the quote of the parts so that I can schedule the repair. Sha/Shaw was too busy playing cards on her phone, she said "I gave the receipt to your daughter" I told her its at home. She then quoted me another price $100 more from the original. I drove 25 minutes away and thats when I heard this horrible sound, it felt like the car was dragging. I called the shop and she kept on insisting that I bring the car back even though I explained to her that the car sounds and feels unsafe to drive at this point. My original mechanic looked under the car and stated that the car looked and sounded much worse then it original was. I WILL NEVER go back there again especially if Sha/Shaw is working there. CUSTOMER SERVICE at it's worse!

I will not be back, These people made me pay $130 up front just to diagnose my car. I dropped my car off the day prior just to ensure it would be looked at. They had my car just sitting there and told me that I did not have to keep calling that they will call me when they had information which to me is bad customer service because if you’re making someone pay their money upfront you can at least answer any questions they may have this place is not a good establishment. Come to find out there was only one mechanic and the guy basically lied about everything he said and just took my money and assume that I would just have my car sitting so I left got a refund and went to another mechanic the next day and they diagnosed my car and gave me an estimate a reasonable price and fix my car all in one day I am now a forever customer with them.

The BEST automotive business on Old National HWY. One time I broke down across the street, on the street from this business with no clue as of what was wrong with the vehicle. These people hand-pushed my car across four lanes of traffic and fixed the issue the SAME DAY, ( pass. side CV-Axle gave out) and it wasn’t expensive! Today, I went in for a diagnostic, it did take a little time, as I was a walk , but you can’t rush quality work, services, or products. Furthermore, I ended up having a refreshing conversation with the receptionists, & ultimately they helped me solve my catalytic converter problem. 10/10, I recommend.

Their service is not honorable or recommendable. I paid for service 3 days prior for their mechanics to make repairs on my 2002 Mercedes c240 model. I provided all the parts myself including 6 ignition coils, 12 spark plugs, fuel filter, egr valve & gasket, and the valve cover gasket ( which was the only part they provided). I still have in my possession a brand new fuel filter, egr gasket, 1 ignition coil with one missing coil with only 4 of the coils being changed and 5 new uninstalled spark plugs on top of the fact my vehicle left with a new problem it did not have prior to me dropping the vehicle off which I'm currently dealing with now which is a leak from the manifold which is a constant hissing sound which effects how my car is engine is running not to mention I cant get passed emissions after paying these people over 900$. They are not a good auto shop to take any vehicle especially forgiens to. Not to mention the owner of the business turning his back to me and walked away after me denying to pay more money into the repairing of the damage that his business caused as if I said something wrong. Of course they tried to deny the damage if I had not took it upon myself to walk in their work bay and witness the damage myself as they were reassembling my engine from egr installation. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ON ANY LEVEL. Its way better auto services out there. HEED THIS WARNING. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! And I still have not been refunded for them providing a incomplete service or compensated for the damage they caused to my vehicle.

Had my car for about a week and didn’t do anything. It sat outside. Oil change, trunk lock, and convertible top repair were my estimates. The first 2 were a no brainer. I knew the top would be difficult. However it went from 2 days, to a few more, to a few more. I showed up, car was parked, and they did more damage. A plastic bag was placed on my car with duck tape which caused damage. A suction cup and it caused damage on the side. He removed buttons that held the trunk up which caused more damage. Horrible service, customer service, and minimal communication. If I didn’t call I didn’t get an update. WE need to do better. I would’ve thought the oil change and truck lock would be completed but NOTHING was. Wishing you better luck if you choose this company.
