Paid $19 for nothing! Directions are unclear turn on wipers turn off wipers back up pull forward stop dispensed soap that was it no brushes and the dryer never came on. No attendant or number to call waste of $19 had to go to blue wave and pay $18 to get the soap off my car. They were nice enough to give me coupons for another visit. Don't waste your money. Go to blue wave

Just paid $16 for a terrible car wash I admit my car has not been washed for a couple of months but it’s such a bad job that I have to now take it home and wash it again. Between the light and the white car it’s hard to see in this photo/video how bad it is what a ripoff no more I’ll make the time and go to Seekonk And the ridiculous time limits I mean really 24 seconds to dry cmon do better at least 30 seconds

You don’t really get what you pay for with this one. Vacuums are average and cost about $3 for about a minute and a half. Their “premium “ is pretty average and still left dirt on my car. Overall I’d only recommend this if you are in a real pinch and there’s no other washes open

It was the worst car wash I have ever experienced. I paid $14, followed the instructions and all that happened was that my truck got sprayed with a little bit of soap. No washing, no rinsing, no drying ever happened. There is no phone number to contact for complaints. I will never use this car wash again.

This unit does not rinse the soap off of your car. Definitely not recommended. Save yourself the frustration and waste of money trying to go through twice. Low quality for this area.

Car came out just as dirty as it went in after spending the $19 on the wash. Put $4 in the vacuum ($2 to start it) and didn’t even get half my car done. Go to Fall River or Portsmouth. This place is a rip off.

Paid $14 and my car didn't look like it was washed at all. Not a bit. Car wash was malfunctioning -- Water turned on for 30 seconds. Sign blinked "move forward" and "back up" at the same time. Called for a refund. We'll see if I hear from someone.

Awful carwash. Wouldn’t recommend and would give negative stars if it was possible. Bought the most expensive wash and it attempted to clean my car with water. No soap was dispensed at all. There is no way to get in touch with anyone regarding a refund. Awfully ran business. Will not be giving them another cent.

I kept hoping this car wash was going to improve, but it never has. It's literally rinsing your car off with water. I paid $20 for the upgraded wash, multiple times, and nothing but water is ever dispensed. What I joke! Never returning here again!

Our first visit was last night around 7:30 PM April 23, 2019 and there seemed to be issues, a man inside was directing us while the computer lights were going on and off, Go forward, GO back, STOP, move on...and the guy kept flagging us and waving his arms. Before it was even finished (which there are digital monitors to let you know) he flagged us out.. This morning I noticed no gas cap.. we drove up to check and see if they were kind enough to leave it out for us.. NOPE.. no gas cover.. HOWEVER after contacting local social media for help.. the FB group contacted the owner I was able to retrieve my cap and talk to both owner and operators.. very nice men. Thank you!

Stay clear of this place. Prices are false, the sticker says $3 cash minimum and $5 credit card charge. I assumed this would mean I could get the turbo vac and shampoo ($1.50 each), but no, it takes the $3. Seems sketchy, just change the price if you are charging more. They are taking advantage of people.

Won’t be going back. Paid for wash & pulled in and got exactly ZERO!! I called the phone # listed which said an attendant was on duty….umm no attendant. Left multiple messages to get my money back and no call back. Don’t go here….Keep driving!!!

Went there today, put $10 in $1 change popped out and then I sat for 5 minutes while the screen indicated my payment was processing. Never got the car wash. Won’t ever go back

They do not offer touchless as they advertise. Watched 2 cars go thru and car wash is an absolute joke. They had some guy rinsing the cars with a hose outside because soap doesn't wash off.

I have tried this wash a number of times. Half of the time one or more of the parts of the cycles does not work. Then, at the end of the wash, the dryer stops 10 seconds before it’s supposed to end shutting off when it says 10. If you call the phone number it ends up just being a voicemail telling you that there’s an attendant. Half the time there’s no attendant there to solve your problem. I wish I could be a patron of this wash because it’s close to where I work but am not going ever again.

Beware of this place. The machine does not rinse off soap, at all. Not one drop of water came out of the machine after the soapy scrubbing finished. It also left a black grit residue, speckled over the entire surface area of my car. This residue was not on my car before I entered this carwash machine. I now have to drive my soapy car to another car wash and pay more money to get it (hopefully) rinsed off. I will definitely be late to work now. I should have read all the negative reviews before I decided to waste my money and time here. Lesson learned.

Paid $16 for car wash on Feb 4, 2026. Machine rinsed undercarriage and then stopped. This is the second time it has happened to me. Call the number no response again. Will not go back there again. Contacting my credit card to dispute the charge.
