Very well run place. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the staff were so helpful and efficient. It is conveniently located at two major crossroads so it is easy to get to. The space is clean and well managed. The staff person was wearing a mask.

It was pretty busy when I went in on a Friday afternoon, but it was still pretty quick (less than 20 min). Were they the friendliest? No. There were no smiles but they certainly weren't rude nor abrupt. Was it cheap? I paid $68 (9/4/20) with certification and all (basic passenger vehicle). I might have paid less before, but I don't do this all that often and from my vague recollection it wasn't dramatically less that I paid this time. My car is getting pretty old and the check engine light comes on sometimes. So, my biggest concern is that my car won't pass one of these years, but it passed with flying colors. That may or may not have anything to do with the station, but it leaves me walking away pretty happy with the experience none-the-less!

I showed up a couple minutes after they opened and had my vehicle smogged in about 30 minutes. The price was expected and there was a little waiting area. The man there was really nice. I'll be back because my car always requires a Star Certified test and this location is Star Certified.

I pull into the parking area, no other customers are around but me, I walk into the little office, and say "hello" and from the garage area comes this Indian looking dude, who says "what!"...What⁉️ is that how you great customers here? Whatever happened to , Hey, what can I help you with? Then I looked at his eyes, and they looked like" a biker bar on the edge of town @ 3am, very wide awake" I'd like to get a smog check, "I said... He said, " Do you have the DMV paperwork? I said Yes, but I think I'm gonna go somewhere else... And he said : Good. A wizard in the morning is quite distracted by too much cococaffeine, apparently.

I was a bit curious why there was no line in the middle of the day, but I soon found out. The guy was incredibly rude right off the bat. I brushed it off since I needed to renew my reg and he tells me that I need to remove the doghouse from my van (I have a snub nose engine bay, so half the engine is under a center console of sorts - the dog house). Doesn't ask if I'm able to, just tells me I have to. I let him know that my tools are in my truck and that I assumed that was part of the smog service. He then tossed my registration to me and said he can't help me and walked away. I took my van around the corner and was in and out in 15 minutes for 20 bucks less and with way less attitude and hassle.

We only went here because it was close to the DMV on Broadway. They guy said drive it more. So we did brought it back the next day. The other guy says where is the other paperwork. Only got the pink paper. So he tells us to DRIVE it some more. Did that. So then another guy checks to see, and my husband asked what did you say? He gets an attitude & says I said! Such an attitude. We won't back there at all!!

2 Old man making a living. But hands down, they nice (Grandpa vibe) not cheap for cars older than 1996. Paid 165$ but they got my 420 SEL back on the road after 6 Years of nothingness. Smoged my SL 500 there too. Took this time longer but support from them is Guaranteed. They Try. I`m Happy, this is my go to SMOG now.

Showed up on a Wednesday over lunch and they had me done in about 15 minutes. They were professional and quick. I passed my smog, but the guy before me did not, and I heard them explain clearly exactly what he had to fix in order to pass next time. On top of that, retests are half price.
