This is the best mechanic I have ever been to. The staff there are kind and genuine. They treat me nice and I never have any issues. They are an amazing establishment. I recommend theme every time. I was having an issue starting my car with the faulty anti-theft system in my Ford fusion, DANNY and his brother the mechanic stated that it was not the anti-theft system. They started with the ignition, it didn't work $250. They they said it was they key fob $500bthat didn't work. Then they turned around and said it was the actual key itself so Danny decided to take it upon himself to make four keys to my car costing $250 each. Then he stated that it was the cluster on my dashboard $500, also did not work. FINALLY HE REMOVED THE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM AND I HAVE NOT HAD AN ISSUE SINCE. AGAIN HE CHARGED ANOTHER $950. As the law states I can have the old parts kept in the car as long as it's requested before the work is done. I requested the parts to be held on to in the car and he turned around and threw him in the trash anyway then he blamed it on somebody else.

Bros Auto Performance and Repair is an excellent shop!!! I have been there a few times and every time I go feel very welcome and comfortable, Daniel and Hugo are very friendly and respectful. As a female it's hard to find a shop that won't cheat you or take advantage because of my gender but when I come here they give me great prices and the work is done quickly and correctly. This is one of the best shops that I have been to and I will continue to come here if my vehicle has any problem.

Daniel always makes me feel at ease. My last visit I went in for oil change, he called and let me know that both serpentine belts needed to be changed and brake pads were bad. I freaked out and he took the time to explain why. When I went to pick up car they showed me the parts that they replaced. Car is running great.

Being young and owning my first car, I was not sure who I could trust to work on it and keep it in good running condition. Luckily my family came across Bros Auto Performance, I say family because we all go to Bros. Daniel and his brother are so kind and are always so friendly. Whenever I have any issue with my car I give them a call and they are always quick to take care of it. I have been taking my 2010 Honda civic to them for already 4 years and have never had any problems. They are very trust worthy and I appreciate that. We were having issues with our Jeep overheating. We had another mechanic look at it and tell us he would have to remove enitre engine to fix problem. We took our vehicle here to Bros to get a second opinion. Daniel diagnosed the problem within a day, found out it was the coolant reservoir, ordered our parts because the parts on these dumb Jeeps are hard to find, and had our Jeep fixed within days. Also, and I can thank him enough, he was a few hundred dollars below his initial quote. He actually called us and said it was going to cost less than initially expected. If youre looking for an HONEST mechanic, Daniel is your guy. Just a hard working, honest guy and myself and my family appreciate him and this shop. Thank you Daniel!

Me and my family have been bringing our cars to Bros. Auto for years. Their team is so reliable and they always ensure to keep us communicated with what work is being done to our cars so we don't encounter any surprises. The owner is genuine and it is more than evident that he is there to help and not just there to receive another payday. I have experimented with a few other mechanics over the years and this place does not up charge on their services like other places do. My car suddenly overheated while driving along the I-10, and had to park at the shoulder. Googled the nearest car shop nearest to me and found Bros Auto Performance by chance. As soon as my engine cooled down, nursed my car and drove at turtle pace until I reached the shop. Daniel, the manager, was wonderfully friendly and gave me what I reckon to be the most reasonable quote for the whole repair. And within 2 hours, as promised, my radiator hoses and cap were replaced with brand new parts and I was able to drive the car out and bring it home as if nothing happened to the car prior. In light of the above, I highly recommend Bros Auto, top notch work for the best quote around!
