I love brown bear, I drove 4 miles out of my way to come here, and they are closed! They are not 24hr like they claim to be, all three gates are locked and it's obvious they don't want to make any money tonight... Hours confirmed by the business 3 weeks ago my butt, you lie!

Best do it yourself, car wash hands down. reasonably priced & the only one that has heated pressurized water. The only minor downfalls are the fact that they do not accept cash & the debit procedure can be confusing to some. The trick is that once you swiped, the 1st transaction is $3 for the minimum time, but to add more quickly, press the button to add time.

I went there and the machine wouldn't work but I didn't get charged either. The manager called me right away to ask me about my review and issues and was assured I wasn't charged and I wasn't. He apologized for my inconvenience and all was resolved. I'm a happy camper I just hope if I ever have to go there again it works.

I like any Brown Bear location but damn, whats with the slowly accelerating timer adding dollar bill after dollar bill. It still charges me after the dial has been set to stop. I gotta push the button that should be used for adding time to stop the damn thing. Really broken system and shows how this location is trying to milk me and take me for a fool. Self-serve SHOULD BE THE CHEAPEST OPTION! 8 dollars for 8 minutes? DO BETTER.

Latest upgrades are nice. I really like how it counts up as you use it so take your time to clean, instead of rushing to beat the time. I do miss the coin option, as I used to save my quarters for it, and we used to just buy a bunch of tokens for our company vehicles.

I used to think this place was great. Only a quarter to start. It was great let you clean your car while not having to run around like a chicken with your head cut off. But they changed it and I'm disappointed. Now it's just like any other crummy place. Vacuums are kinda old and losing they're power it seems.

My favorite spot til they jacked the prices and set a timer on self wash. Disappointed. Only use once a month if that vs. every week. In winter I would use every day I came off the mountain from skiing just to blow off the snow and ice for $2 just using the water with the self wash… bummer. Hope it works out for you but I’m out

They only take card now. So all my tokens are worthless. Takes at least a minute for the sprayer to switch from soap to water, so switch early or you'll end up paying way more than you should.

The touchless car wash was amazing. Got 95% of the dirt and grime off my car from driving through pullman and walla walla. The best I’ve seen for a touchless car wash. All for a great price of <$10. I drive a midsize suv, not sure how this would be for larger vehicles.

Beware the self wash does not stop at $5. It keeps increasing your bill as you use it. I ended up at $11.50. I had no idea it was doing that. Will not return, (and didn't clean very well to boot).

Complete full garbage bins and really expensive for no reason. I've always used the ones on the other side of the state with no issues, and the vacuums are free half the time. This is just a sad reminder that we're in Spokane
