I drove from two hours west to attend a lunch with the fam on Christmas Eve. My car shook and shuddered all the way to Raleigh and I was a nervous wreck! Much to my delight I saw Browns bays were open and pulled right in. Though they were very busy, Scott took the time to drive my car and balance my tires. As far as I’m concerned he was Santa Claus! I made it to my lunch and was able to drive home smoothly!

Wow! Was blown away by these folks. It's hard to find a reasonable, honest, "old fashioned", competent auto repair place any more. These folks ticked all the boxes. Took the car in for an alignment. They went through and kept seeing something that wasn't quite right. They looked and found an issue that 2 other alignment shops have missed. Gave me the assessment so I could make an informed decision. This is professionalism, attention to detail and customer service. Will keep going here as long as they'll have me.

My daughter is moving to Austin next week, and we needed to buy a used car asap. We were fortunate to find one quickly, but we are not mechanics and we wanted confirmation on its value and condition. As these things go, we only had one day to have it inspected by a mechanic. So we took our chances and drove to Brown's to see if they could squeeze us in for an evaluation. Not only did they do that, but we had a comprehensive analysis of the car within an hour and half. This full report gave us the confidence to purchase the car based upon the thorough inspection- we were better informed of this "as is" vehicle. They were so thorough that they even found areas where the paint had been touched up which may have indicated an unreported accident- and we could not see these spots with our own eyes. Browns got me in the same afternoon when I had a leaking tire. They diagnosed it and gave me a quote. They gave me time to check with my partner before going forward with no pressure and waived the normal cost for the diagnostic. It was easy to set the appointment for installation and alignment and they texted and called to let me know it was ready. Tires are expensive but they priced out better than competitors, too. Great experience.

I took my 2002 Nissan Quest to replace the fuel pump. They also took a look at other issue dealing with Engine misfire Let me begin with the fact that it was the first time I bring my vehicle to this shop. I decided to try and believe me, they're amazing. They gave me a quote and that was the price I paid. They were in communication with me to make sure they had all the details of vehicle problems. They completed the repair on time and even checked free off charge the other issue. Bryant was of great help with recommendations.
