These guy's are GREAT!!!! I had a charter bus lose air brakes by college station, they were there in under 20 minutes, and had the bas back on the road in 35 minutes. There was a baseball team heading to a game. One of the best roadside calls I've worked with. Thanks to James!!!!!

Several times i asked the tech what the cost was going to be. He's reply was " dont worry ill rake care of You". He sure did, 1 service fee 1, used tire and one after hour fee ended up costing $350.00. andvthuscwas on a regular F250 simple 17" tire.

This guy did great work but never mentioned charging for mileage. Said he could be there within the hour but didn't get there for 2 hours. $75 to come out but then from College Station to Chappell Hill he said 120 miles at $2.00 per mile so that was an additional $240. He did the job quickly in a little over an hour. I understand the 3 hour minimum at $140 per hour but to charge another $240 for milage was over the top.

I feel that the was overly charging and the work was not fully done.Truck was misdiagnosed and although I drove by and took my time to scout parts and go all the way to Houston I will still charge for every single minute he was on the job site so please be ware he will charge you every single minute. However I did ask him how much it would cost and he said we would work it out with me when I got back not knowing that I was going to be charged every second. I would not recommend, he was friendly and this moble was NOT helpful. Call A1 wrecker, they are very reasonable and would be the best bet,, I’ve been burn with moble service and this was final straw.

Do not use this company. They know that you are in a bind - and will just started making up charges not discussed in order to make a buck. I called this morning and went over the cost to bring my driver 20 gallons of diesel. To say how shocked I was that this business can sleep at night over the undisclosed up charges: I was aware of the $75 call out fee, $140 and hour with a 2 hour minimum. $2 a mile - he said he was only 10 miles away. He charged 10 a gallon for fuel because of delivery charges - which was never discussed over the phone. He also charged $20 for shop supplies - on a few sprays of ether and charged 30 miles round trip on the mileage charge. Based on what he told me - this call out should have been no more than $450 and the bill came to $676.00. I hope that I can save other drivers-carriers from getting ripped off. He also told me if I didn't pay him right away he was going to add more charges to the bill for however long it would take me to get him them paid.

After calling our roadside assistance with Statefarm and getting no results we resorted to calling around on our own. Called 4 different places. 3 didn’t even answer and 1 told us they were too busy. Called James, he answered, was obviously busy as we could hear in the background but told us he’d come right to us. He got to us and went right to work. Figured out what was wrong very quickly, fixed everything and made sure we we on our way safely. I extremely nice as well! Was it pricey? Of course it was! But at the end of the day we were stuck on the side of the road in a 45 foot motorhome and needed help. We must all remember that you pay for what you get for! And when you need help quickly at 5 o’clock on Friday, then, yes, you’re gonna have to pay for it. Thank you, James! You were worth every penny!

I understand making money but the markup on the service charge is just ridiculous and was willing to buy 4 tires but couldn't even get a deal on anything from this company... Got 2 tires for $613

I hate giving this guy any stars at all, I wish there were negative stars or something else that was not at all positive. James kept me waiting much longer than he told me and then when he finally showed up he refused to take his precious F350 dually truck on a dry grassy pasture road the five hundred yards to my tractor with the flat tire. I had told him it was a tractor and that it was in the pasture but apparently it was too much to ask that he drive on a dry pasture road. To him that was “going off-road.” The net result is he promised to do the work and after it was too late in the day to find anyone else he quit on me for the dumbest, most self serving reason possible; he didn’t want to drive on a dry grassy dirt road. If you have a tire that needs air or your car has a flat and is located in a nice shady spot he might help but he was utterly useless when I really needed some help. I mean seriously, what was he thinking advertising as a “mobile tire repair service?” There are some strong words that I’d like to use but I’ll just leave it that he’s a fussy boy that is more interested in his precious ride than doing any real work.

These guys said they will charge $300 for a brake chamber change. When the guys was done the bill went up to $600. Tired of mechanics who try to get rich by ripping off truckers because there is no other option.
