I liked this wash. It's in the most and best convenient location. But at the very end of the wash, right when you get that 60 seconds of dry time, it left alot of soap on my car after the auto dry. I purchased the 14.00 superwash but there was alot of soap left on my mirrors and doors.

Went through the wash and selected ultimate, but for some reason it gave me a deluxe. I called the number on the window and the man answered right away and fixed the situation. I am a regular there and only do touchless washes, because my car is brand new. This is one of the best touchless washes in the area. If you want your car to actually be cleaned spotless, go through the soft touch. You can not expect a touchless wash to work as well as soft touch. I personally bring my car through touchless and then hose it down again at home and clean with brand new microfibers.

The machine did not give me my change and no attendant was on duty. My car was not wash clean and was not dried. Worst car wash I've been to. After my previous review a gentleman calling to apologize for my unfortunate experience. He was very professional and offered me to return for a free wash and also he promised to send me the change. He sound very serious about his business and I really believe he was not aware that the machine was not giving our change. I would like to do another review after my next wash. Whoever reads my first review should not use it as a reason to not try BT Carwash. After the conversation with the gentleman I believe he takes pride in his business. My experience may not be another persons experience. Maybe it was just the time I went there.

UPDATED OPINION: I contacted the car wash at the number posted in the comments and they gave me a credit for a full service wash to make up for me not getting the ceramic wax originally, so I changed my opinion to 4 stars. I would leave 5 stars if the service worked the first time around, especially since it's great to have the vacuums for free. OLD OPINION: I got the "soft touch" option and it was thorough and helpful, but I paid $22 for the extra ceramic wax and it just...never happened! All of the washing steps and then the drying finished, and I just waited and there was never any wax and of course no one there to ask or talk to. I didn't get what I paid for and was disappointed.

Got the touch less super wash with hot wax for $19. It is not worth the money! I had to come home and completely re-wash my car as there were streaks everywhere and it was still covered in pollen. You could clearly see where the car wash messed huge sections of my car. Save the $19 and buy your own stuff to wash your own car because it is not worth waiting in line or spending any of the money here.

I went through the soft touch this week. The back of my x3 was still dirty and ripped my rear wiper off. I used to come frequently a year ago and never had that issue so I was disappointed the last few times i was here. I will not leave a bad rating i just won’t be back. I know the wash is not responsible for damage but wipers for my car a to expense to be ripped off.

The auto wash works well. Good car wash. Often not terribly busy which is good. *UPDATE* I recently used the soft touch wash for the first time. I’m pleasantly surprised. The soft touch wash cleaned my car better than expected after the last snowstorm. Also, I see no evidence of any swirling or other marks Like people often complain about at other washes.

Great value for the price. As a rideshare driver, I wash my car a lot. Other, older-style washes lock your wheels into a metal track and the last one I went to will be the last time, period. The automatic brushes at other locations have scratched and dented my car, and knocked my wheels out of alignment. At BT, the brushes and rinses are powerful enough to leave my car CLEAN, plus your car sits on top of the track instead of getting locked in. The (free!) vacuums are powerful and there's no time limit (let's keep it that way by being courteous, folks). Finally, I'm extremely pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable service. The staff are incredibly efficicient and kind, and were even willing to work with me on a flexible monthly membership deal as I am moving out of state but don't know exactly when. Keep up the good work! 💕

Went through the touchelss. Had zero issues. Washes way better than the surrounding car washes with touchless options. Will definitely be back. Wish they could turn down the dry blowers a little bit(they are strong but if you have a car with thin panels they will move a bit more than a typical blower. But could be that I have an SUV and it's taller)

I usually take my four cars here because the touchless wash is decent. However recently the customer service has been TERRIBLE. The touchless tunnel shut down after soaping my car and when I called they said they'll have to send someone out to reset the machine and they'll send me a code so I can have my car washed again. I had to take my soapy car to another car wash so as to not ruin the paint. It's been almost two weeks and I haven't received any code. They will not answer calls or respond to texts. This is unacceptable, and I will no longer bring my business here.

Disappointed, I wish I didn't have to pass it through 2 times, it had a bunch of dirty dry streaks all over the hood, bumpers, windows and side doors, not sure if it's cuz it was a very bussy day and it was washed toward the end of the day.

I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed before with any other car wash. Literally dirty car after. I went for touchless for 17$ and I need to re-wash. I only wasted my money UPDATE The owner gave me 3 codes to use at that car wash. I was asked to use soft touch. I brought my car back and it remove all the dirt and it's shiny. But I was not convinced (and I still have 2 codes) so I brought my oldie SUV . It did great job! Car paint looks revived. Definitly worth 17$. So as to soft touch wash definitly can recommend.

With the fairly new Car Wash Center (CWC) right down the road, I don't know why anyone would come here if you're gonna get a friction tunnel wash. There's no attendants to help in the event you run into issues, the shop vacs aren't as strong as the ones at the CWC, the wash was OK, it just looks forgotten and rundown which is too bad because it's rather conveniently placed on the Berlin Turnpike. One time I watched the door keep opening and closing by itself with nobody there and it just reminded me of an abandoned ghost town. On the other hand, the CWC in Newington does NOT have a touchless wash option which is really a big negative for me. In a perfect world, I wish this was a well maintained touchless only wash like the CWC in East Windsor. I personally wouldn't put my car through a friction tunnel that doesn't have attendants 24/7.

I've been going to this Car Wash for years and it doesn't disappoint. I use the Touchless wash and it leaves my car shiny and new. The price for one wash depends on the level of cleanliness you want to obtain. Everytime I go there, it is always open. I've gone to other places and have been really disappointed that they are dysfunctional and closed. Not this place! Highly recommend!

Final Update: I went back on Saturday 3/9. Primarily to use the vacuum since I couldn’t the original visit. The vacuum works well. I decided to use the complimentary wash I received since no one else was there. I went through the wash. Cleaned it a little better this time, still left slight scratches. Dryer time wasn’t enough to dry my car completely. I didn’t really mind this. I’d recommend light color cars or any lux cars to avoid the left side. Use the touchless option only at this point (the right side entry). If you want a very clean exterior and have a large car - I wouldn’t recommend. Go for hand wash car businesses. Large car at this point includes 4 door full size sedans. Update: Same day update. I am adding 2 stars for their customer service and finding a resolution. I will be visiting soon to try their car wash again. They are also working on repairing the closed vacuum lanes. Original post: 1st time here and Im never going back. Of course I didn't expect like a perfect wash or anything but I've been to other automatic car washes that had my car looking brand new with no scratches. I literally just washed my car and the back of my car + the sides are covered in dirt and scratches. Please note my car wasn't terribly dirty to begin with. I got the super wash with hot wax which is $20. The value for what I received is disappointing. I also wanted to use their vaccum. 2 of the lanes are broken then there's a line for vaccums. In which a family with two/three cars spending their time there with no real intention of moving.

I’ve been coming to this car wash probably as long as I’ve been driving. The touchless wash has always been good, especially in the winter times with the salt on the road. However, I do think the maintenance of this place has been overlooked over time. When I went today the vacuuming areas were a complete mess, garbage strewn everywhere. Most of the vacuums were not working, missing hoses or barely had any power, I ended up doing just the touchless on my visit and vacuuming at home. Good wash, just needs some love clearly.
