You won't find better guys ANYWHERE! They put a new lump in my truck for the cheapest price around and the fastest turnaround...I was thrilled. A few weeks later, my transmission started acting up so I took it back to be checked. The guys called me and told me that they couldn't rule out a line got twisted while the new lump was going in, so they basically ate the cost and charged me for the fluids only. Seriously, WHO DOES THAT????? NOBODY, that's who. They are as honest as they come and I can't recommend them enough. Their values are old fashioned and Jim and Jose at the front desk are personable and fun!

Jim Kincaid got my Ford Escape looked at right away. Aaron (the tech) found a problem with my radiator and AC condenser. Jim gave me a thorough written quote and told me he would try to save the radiator if he could. He was able to save the radiator and replace my damaged condenser. My AC is now blowing cold. I was kept informed about everything. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely be returning to Budget to have future work done.

I feel I was treated better and got the best deal on services for services when James was there. Here wouldn't have you pay for parts that weren't needed for the job and didn't keep your vehicle longer than needed. It cost me a lot more than I had planned,I will say though Jose stepped in and was very helpful.

If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Great work,great prices and great people!!! Check them out, you wont regret it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I would like to personally thank all the guys at Budget Auto Parts & Service, especially Dana. I'm new to this area and didn't know where to look to have my charger serviced. I looked online and found this place and MAN- am I happy i took it here. From the moment i came in i was greeted with courteous professional treatment. Very disappointed. I’ve been taking vehicles here for 10 years to get alignments. Took my dad’s truck there and they failed to align it, told us it was aligned, left the steering wheel misaligned, and killed the battery in his truck. I will not be coming back, and they have lost my recommendation. If I could I would give negative stars. Edit, Dana the service manager took action and matters into his own hands. He accepted responsibility and made things right with my dad’s truck. Much respect for Dana and his desire to make sure his customers are treated correctly.

Called in for a set of calipers they had available, total was roughly 200 and change. but the calipers online are about 800-1000.. however they told me they had it and that they would pull it off the car for me. made me wait 3 hours, for them to call me telling me "part is no longer available" i said, "that its odd all the sudden theyre not available.." he replied "Not when youve been doing this for this long, it happens" I replied "Sounds to me like one of your guys either took them for themselves. or you guys googled how much the calipers go for online and you rather sell them online" HIS RESPONSE WAS PRACTICALLY ADMITTING THATS THE CASE.. When he replies, yeah theyre just not available any longer. if this is how youre running your business then you deserve to be called out on it..

Beginning with the initial call to Dana for help, the prompt response with the mechanic's assessment and estimate, to the successful repair in a timely manner. The entire crew is always friendly and accommodating with drop off & pick up. As a consumer, I have always received excellent customer service on a 1-on-1 basis. These guys are awesome!!! I was in desperate need for a rim for a friend's car and even though it was a trip they were able to pull it later than their cutoff point for me, they were able to verify that it was the right one and even put it in a safe place for me to pick up after hours... Dana went above and beyond to make sure that I even got it after hours safely. I would one 100% deal with these guys again in the future. Awesome service!!!
