Excellent job on my vehicle. They have great customer service. I was provided with all the information needed for the work to be done on my vehicle. I was contacted a couple times as to the progress of my repair. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. They also work closely with a close by rental car company so I nothing to worry about.

My SUV was hit while parked. Luckily, the responsible person did the right thing. The car is only 2 years old and was in perfect condition. I wanted it to be taken care of right.We took it to Burnside for repairs since they came highly recommended and I like that they are locally owned. They had my car for 2 weeks, there was a holiday in there, but the fit and finish is perfect!! If and when we ever need a body shop again, we will be back!! Thank you!!!

I took my BMW in to repair some damage done to my passenger door while at a local movie theater. From the 1st phone call to Burnside/Allison to the final pick up of my car everything was handled efficiently, professionally and timely. Sadly in this day and age customer service is at an all time low in my opinion. Working with Burnside was complete opposite. Customer service was a 10. The body work completed was a 10. Communication was a 10. Very pleased with Neal and Allison and appreciated their work ethic. Thank you Burnside.

I had looked online at many reviews before taking my car to be fixed. I choose Burnside Body Shop because of all their positive feedback from customers. All the workers I encountered were very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated, worked with the insurance company and took care of everything in a timely manner. They also work with Enterprise Car Rental down the road if you need to be picked up to get a rental, or when it’s time to get your car back you can leave the rental car there and they will take care of that for you. They did a great job repairing my back bumper that was damaged from a car accident. All in all a very positive experience. Thanks guys :)

Burnside is an honest, trustworthy business with kind and helpful staff. The front desk girls keep you in the loop and are more than capable to help answer any questions you have. The shop guys are very thorough and transparent. Neal was amazing and returned my car in pristine condition. Even though it was internally more damaged than expected, he got it done for me faster than I hoped for and he saved me a big chunk of money, just because he wanted to. 100% gem, could not recommend more!

Brent and the rest of the team here are incredible! From my first point of contact (calling to make an appointment for an estimate) to my last (picking up my gorgeously restored car) I was so impressed by literally everything! They are all I could have hoped for and more. Their shop is immaculate, their work was outstanding and they communicated with me regularly so I always knew what was going on. They also communicated directly with the insurance company for payment so I didn’t have to deal with them much, and, they have a great relationship with Enterprise on 7th Street so getting a rental car to use while they were working on mine was easy and seamless. My experience could not have been better! So happy I chose them to fix my car. Highly recommend them for any body work your car may need.

Arrive for estimate it was done in a punctual manner with courtesy was given a time to drop my car off for repairs after dropping the car off received multiple updates on timing and any problems I had run into. They had to re-file the insurance company for some additional work within a timely manner. Everything came out perfect thank you to Burnside.

My car was crashed into when I was in a pharmacy shopping. Luckily the man that crashed into it waited for me to exit the store and apologized for crashing into it. My sister recommended Burnside to me. I’m so thankful my car is new again. Alison was so friendly and very professional. Neal went over with me everything that had to be fixed and the timeframes. Neal was a great communicator and he kept me updated on the status of my car. When it was time to pick up, my car was sparkling clean and body work A+. Excellent communication. Highly recommend this company. They had rental car available right there and drop off rental car at the shop too and the work was completed faster than quoted to me.

Our family has always taken our vehicles for years to Burnside Auto Body for painting, or accident repairs. Never had any problems with their work. Also, the repairs are done in the time we are told they need it, but, have always had them back before time promised. They do beautiful work. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
