Replaced window in work truck. It leaked afterwards, it went back 3 times to fix and it stilled leaked. We called safe lite. It does not leak anymore. These guys don't care and don't know what they are doing.

They used to be a 5☆ plus, but not anymore. Their service and honesty has gone down the tubes! There used to be a guy there I believe his name was Paul, if I remember correctly. Once he was gone, it has never been the same. Last year I had to get a Power Steering Pump, within a week it started making noises like a bongo drum, I tried to not let it bother me since the new guy said it might be a little noisy, and needed to break in. Well I think they put an old one on! I had gone back and they gave me a huge spiel. I will never go ther again. And it is now useless! Sad!!!

They did a good job with the heater coil, however, they somehow manged to mess up the dash lights. Extra expense for something that was fine when I brought it in. Mixed emotions on this.

They told me they were going to get my windshield out of Detroit so I made a appt showed up and no one order it out of Detroit? He told me they thought I had one local, so I drove a 2 hour ride from them to tell me I had to come back next monday... so another 2 hour drive

Had my radiator fixed on my van, it was fixed in half a day. These guys know their stuff. I also need back brakes, so my brake peddle was a little squishey. When I picked up van the brake brakes peddle felt right again and I also had a broken grill which they fixed at no charge. They didn't even tell me that they did those repairs at no cost. They didn't have to that but showed excellent customer service and I have referred several friends. I think they're great....Thanks guys!

Took my van here 6 months ago for a rear window replacement... First issue - I was told nobody had time to quote me I would have to call the midland site for a quote, not a problem was quoted a fair price then had to call back to Saginaw to make an appointment. When the Saginaw office called a few days later to confirm my appointment and tell me where to leave my keys as I was dropping off after hours I was told an entirely different price when I questioned it the man was rude and told me that was the price and that's that so whatever I needed my window fixed and the price was still lower than safelite so I agreed. Side note- At the time we could not figure out what happened to the window there was no sign of something hitting it nothing on the cameras in my driveway nothing in the back seat and the glass was on both sides of the window so one of the mechanics tells me that sometimes with extreme changes in temps this type of glass can shatter while it is rare it can happen. Second issue- upon picking my vehicle up my back door all of the sudden will not open or close with the button on my key fob or the button in the car and will not latch or when it does latch it won't open. I called and was told that has nothing to do with the rear window and there was nothing they can do for me. Okay fine I will remember not to bring my vehicle here again. Third issue- 6 months after my window was fixed by Busheys my window shatters AGAIN.. this time I was at work so there are cameras all around in the parking garage, I make a report with security they review the camera footage and tell me they can't believe it literally just shattered no car was driving by nobody was around to tamper with it it just simply shattered. I decide to call busheys to find out if they have any kind of warranty on the window the man who answered the phone literally LAUGHED at me and told me "windows don't just break" so I start to explain how one of the mechanics there is the the one who suggest this may have been the cause of my broken window the first time around he again laughs at me and assured me that "windows don't just break" so I explained that it did indeed "just break" and that it was on camera he then gets defensive and asks me if the video footage can zoom in on the break to see that it for sure just broke and that there were no blemishes in the glass before it broke I say sir this is a hospital security system not the FBI. He was rude and disrespectful and the fact that not just once but twice he literally laughed out loud at me is unacceptable and left me feeling like I wasn't being taken seriously is it because I am female and you think I don't know what I'm talking about had my boyfriend or another man called would they have treated them the same?

There was no experience here. Never take your vehicle to this company! NOT ONE of these guys that work there are “mechanics”. My husband took his truck here for a window repair. They claimed that the window switch was broke then that the motor for the window was broke, “it would not go up and down”. He brought the truck back home and the motor worked perfect. He also told them upon dropping the truck off that the intercooler boot had just blown off the turbo and asked if they could put it back on for him. They stated that they did a “visual inspection” and “nothing was wrong” My husband asked me to look for the problem and i found it within seconds (i know nothing about cars) it was a 5 minute fix. Also, they left all the glass inside the door to the truck instead of cleaning the rest of it up. What started as a $250 glass repair turned into a $400 repair when nothing was wrong. This shop is an absolute scam. STAY AWAY.

I dropped my plow truck off after the radiator started leaking and a brake line failed. Mike gave me a fair & honest estimate. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time complete with new radiator and new brake lines at the estimate quoted. Great customer service and thorough repairs.

I asked for a estimate on radiator repairs. I mentioned $25 to $200 the guy said ya something like that. I dropped the radiator off prior to the 4th. Following mon or Tue the midland office called. I asked why not the saginaw office. They informed me, no personnel that does radiators so shipped to midland. Now I asked price...$600.00 was the answer. My jaw dropped. This is a 1977 MGB not a Lamborghini. I informed him I can buy a new one for $100. He said he'd talk to his boss, I said "you're going to try to drop the price to $100. That doesn't make you guys look good..talk about gouging the customer. That is unethical and makes you look really bad." I said no to the repairs. Not deterred midland calls me back and says his boss will drop to $525. We'll this is making him look bad enough but I had to ask " is this some kind of a joke, why would I pay $525 when I can get a new radiator for $100." I'm not done..the next day they called and said pick up the radiator at the saginaw office. My wife went down and picked it up while out shopping. When she gets home she's mad as hell because they charged her $55 to get my radiator out of Bushey jail. No one mentioned a service charge when I first talked to Bushey or after I turned down their insane price for repairs. So I guess you could say the real joke was on me. PS I purchased a new radiator on Ebay for $91 shipped to my door.
