Car wouldn't start and a tow truck was outrageously expensive. Found these mobile guys and couldn't have been more pleased. Carlton, (think that was his name) hooked up a small computer to our car and told us what the problem was. Explained why the car wouldn't start. It was the alternator and the battery just needed to be charged. Gave us a price and 90 minutes later we were back on the road. Highly recommend!

Nice guy but not super experienced on the business aspect....also he came to fix rear driver side bearing and while he did EVENTUALLY get it done but he didn't assemble everything together right I'm guessing because the next day I'm hearing was sounds like someone sharpening knives coming from that area.

I called them about a repair to one of my business vehicles. I told him what I thought the problem could be. Could they diagnose the vehicles before doing the repair. They confirmed that they can do that before doing the repair so I don't just waste money on something I don't need. He confirmed with me that the fuel pressure was low so that is the problem. Did the repair. That wasn't the problem. Demanding his money for putting on the part telling me he have another customer waiting without trying to figure out what the problem could be. 1000 dollars down the drain and still have to get towed to a certified shop and get repaired. They got paid and all contact stopped. Save your money. Don't let these people rip you off like they did me. Please!

Butler did an amazing mazing job installing magnetic shocks to a complex electrical system! Got the Caddy riding like a Cadillac should! He was available on short notice and came to my garage and installed the new struts and shocks. I’ll never go to an auto shop if it can come to you! Highly recommend his service!

I had a blowout while my husband was at work. He called this guy to come put my spare on for me. The spare needed air but he put it on anyway and told me that I could make it to a tire shop. He didn’t have an air pump. What kind of mechanic doesn’t have something as basic as an air pump? Soon as I tried to pull off it went completely flat and wasn’t drivable. I immediately hopped out and told him. He said “well I can’t put air in it” and drove off leaving me again stranded and in the same situation I was in before. He didn’t offer to take it to air it up or anything. Just took my $50 and left. I would never trust someone like that to work on my vehicle.

Absolutely recommend talking to and giving a chance to earn your business. I had a situation where I was out of town, my sibling's car broke down, and it was towed to a shop and estimated to cost several thousand dollars to repair. I reached out to Colton at Butler's and told him of the situation and he LISTENED to and HEARD me, about the car not being worth the $2000+, and we just wanted to get it running again and Colton was willing to work with me. I acquired all the parts to replace my control arms for my truck. After calling around I found butlers. They allowed me to use my own parts which most places will not. Came out and replaced them for a reasonable price. And was up and running in about 3-1/2 - 4 hours.
