Devon had come recommended to us by a good friend who has more toys than a sandbox at a daycare. We had a 10 year-old vehicle that my mother had gifted to us And had fallen down the food chain to the dog vehicle. It had probably 100 pounds of Muskoka sand, which is also known as granite dust in it because of our monsters and there was a number of scratches that 10 years on the road will acquire. Our church was looking for a vehicle to help with senior outreach, and I had asked Devon if he could revive this vehicle. Because it is doing work for the church, we thought he might have to get a divine intervention, but he said he could definitely do the job. We picked it up and we’re given a car you could wheel into a used car showroom and put it right by the door. To say something is magical or wizardry does not do that man enough justice. He is mobile, he is on time, he’s on budget and his work is second to none. So this Vehicle gets another life helping seniors in our community. He does boats snowmobiles side-by-side Argos cars vans trucks motorhomes were thinking of getting wheels put under our house and have him come clean it every few weeks lol.

I ran into Steven while he detailed a black Mercedes Sprinter Van in Carmel. We spoke briefly about detailing my get around car and felt confident in his abilities to perform nice work. We originally scheduled for him to stop by the house Friday morning and I requested earlier availability should the opportunity arise. Luckily for me a client rescheduled and he had availability for Wednesday at 10:30. Steven showed up on time and went straight to work cleaning and detailing my car right in the driveway. Fully prepped with his mobile unit with own power and spot free water source. In nearly 4 hours the car was complete. Great work, super convenient mobile service. I'm very pleased with the results and will be using Steven again.

I am very pleased with my experience with By the Bay Mobile Detail! Earlier in the week I inquired online about a Sunday am appointment for interior detail. On Saturday we talked on the phone about details for Sunday am detail at my house in Marina. Stephen was very professional and courteous. He arrived on a heavy mist Sunday morning but he travels with his own canopy to set up over the car so he can still work! The job was done in the timeframe he said it would be, the cost was the same as online estimate and he confirmed that before starting. Payment options made settling up easy. Stephen is a clean cut, respectful, professional and pleasant young man. Definitely impressed with everything and so thankful. I will definitely call him for future detail work and you should too!
