Absolutely unacceptable. They didn’t install my oil filter correctly, which caused oil to leak all over my driveway. My engine nearly seized, and I had to get the car towed. All of this because of basic incompetence. None of the mechanics speak English, so there was no way to communicate the issue or get any help. They refused to reimburse me for the damage and even fought the dispute with my credit card company. This shop is careless, unprofessional, and dangerous—avoid at all costs

I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. I paid $1,100 and my car still has the exact same issues. They claim to have installed replacement parts, yet it’s as if nothing was done. They later said I needed an additional part, which didn’t fix the problem, and then told me they’d need my car for 2–3 more weeks—or suggested I sell it. This feels like a place that invents extra issues. I feel cheated and don’t want others to go through the same. I’ll be getting a second opinion, and if I discover I was misled, I’ll pursue legal action. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I came to this place/shop just to do a dent into my car and nothing else. When they returned to me i noticed that my belongings inside my car was missing. When i called them they said that its being cleaned inside and needs to pull out those items (I didn't ask you to clean it). The personnel i spoke to, said it will check or investigate what happens until now no calls or message that i receive. Its so disappointing that you gave trust to these people and in return they're doing this things. "This is the world we live in"

I came here after the Thanksgiving holiday. I was supposed to have my car inspected last week, but we traveled to family's house. I came on a Saturday morning and although they were busy, they readily agreed to do my inspection. They have comfortable recliners to wait while they service your vehicle. They performed my service in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend them. Joe was very respectful & has great customer service skills. No to mention , he also has a wonderful disposition. Yonkers GEM!
