I moved 5 years ago from Illinois, my first year here my car AC stopped working, I took it back to the dealer and other two shops, they were charging me over $2k. I found Charles shop on Google maps. I didn't even pay 1k por my AC. every single time something is wrong with my car I bring it to Charles. Jeremy and Charles are supper friendly and always work with me.

My vehicle was stolen from the shop. After numerous stalls in completing the service, and the vehicle having to be left overnight - again, not finished as promises, the vehicle was GONE the following morning. The shop did not even know it was GONE - Sad thing is, the owner never even blinked or said he was sorry. Police were called & report was taken. Owner took zero responsibility for the theft. Very sad. Was just asked “What vehicle was this?” I wonder how many have been stolen from their property?

If I could give them cero star I would. My car plate was from out of state and maybe that's why they charged me $1,000. To fix my car ac the owner said I had one year warranty on parts only, not labor. The AC broke down after only 4 months, but I didn't take it back because there is no way I was going to pay another $140. or more to people who did a crappie job in the first place. I went there because one review said they were honest and I don't call that honesty, but ripoff. $&/×:%÷* 😠

My car has been with this guys for 8 days not once had he called to update on the car , I called yesterday twice every hour and yet he has not done the courtesy of returning my call, very poor communication not sure of his workmanship but as I can tell it’s a small shop and for the life of me I don’t understand why they don’t answer the phone , I live on the southern end of poinciana and I literally must drive to to his for a two minute conversation of lies, so I’ve decided to contact the sheriff department to accompany me tomorrow morning to reclaim my car , as my claims agent the bank which provided the Loan for the and the rental agency which I currently have a car from have reached out to him. Very very very horrible experience I wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t advice anyone to visit that shop for repairs.

these guys are fantastic!!! here is the story, I run a Ford dealership in Kansas, we were delivering a truck to a customer in Orlando on a flat bed trailer. My son was the driver of the truck towing the vehicle when the bearing went out on the trailer. He was stuck. He made several calls to trailer shops and no one wanted to help until he reached out to C & D. these guys literally dropped everything to help him. They drove almost a hour away to find a part for him to get him back on the road. They had him in and out of the shop in about 3 hours so that he could get back to the 18 hour trip to Kansas City. Recently some friends of ours drove all the way to Florida from Indiana and upon arrival they had the transmission in their van just quit on them. I told them to call Charles at C & D Auto to see if he could help. Charles had them tow the van directly there and he took care of everything. They were thrilled! They were so happy to have someone honest working on their vehicle! Soon after that we had a minor truck emergency ourselves and we immediately called Charles. He told us to come right up. He took care of it right away and we were back on the road quickly and without a big bill. We always know we can count on C & D Automotive Repairs!! Thank you!

We are from out of town (Wisconsin) and had a massive coolant leak that needed repair before our drive home. I would highly recommend C&D, they gave me an estimate that was right on and did not take advantage of the fact that we were from out of town and under time constraints. Started off with good service until a year ago when their mechanic screwed up the AC system and a few other issues while repairing my radiator. BIG issue with communication where the manager consistently lied to me about when the car would be done for the 4 weeks they had the car. Fast forward to March 25, 2025 when I dropped it off to get the AC repaired because the other shop couldn't do the work. As of today, 6/22/25 I have had 23 phone calls with them and only spoken to them 3 times. They keep blowing off the work and it has been 14 weeks so far. I even gave them the high pressure liquid line for the AC system! Sadly, attorney may be next just so they make good on their warranty.
