They left my trunk popped open all my stuff was ruined and it made my trunk have mold!! They had my car for 2 weeks because they ordered the wrong part so I have NO idea how long my car was sitting like that !! They wouldn’t pay for damages. Should probably sue or call Channel 9 honestly the worst service I’ve ever had in my life.

I was involved in a hit and run and was so angry and upset that I had to pay for someone else’s mistakes until Nancy gave me a call and gave me some options. I got about 10-15 calls that same day from other auto repair shops but for some reason c&s stood out. And I’m very happy I chose them. I didn’t have to pay a cent and they took care of me so well. 10/10 recommend !!!!

When I had my car accident, I was scared. I did not know whom to trust. I had to look at ratings. My insurance is USAA and when I showed up to discuss things with MS Nancy, USAA was a look ready there assessing someone else's vehicle. This set my mind at ease as they dont cover just anyone. They got the quote and ordered parts right from the get-go. She also called enterprise and set up my rental with the reservation USAA approved. Every part of my experience was well thought out and well executed. Furthermore, I had an issue with my insurance saying they wouldn't pay for the three days I had the rental because my car was deemed drivable when it wasn't. Ms Nancy took car of that as well. I am so completely impressed with every aspect of my claim. I was also very sick during all of this and she even called to ask how I was feeling. This is going above and beyond! She is definitely a go getter and loves her job. I am so very impressed.

I was contacted by this shop after an accident. They sent me an email with an offer that included pick and delivery of my car. At the time to pick up the car Covid 19 was not an issue, of curse they wanted my business however at the time when the car was ready Covid 19 became an issue. I took off half a day from work so did my husband to get my car. When we got to the shop the paint work was terrible. The paint was running. The guy who painted the car got angry very rude and stated that he could fix it in 15 minutes. A few minutes later the same lady who call me to offer their services came out and state they have to keep the car one more day to fix it. She also stated she will ask her manager to deliver the car to me because of my troubles. She calls back the next day a Saturday (she had told me they do not open of Saturday’s and close at 3pm every day) to come and get the car because it was ready. I told her I didn’t have a way to get the car my husband is working and no other person is available to give me a ride. Monday came I did not get a call. I asked what time will my car be delivered she stated no one is here that can deliver the car. I requested a call from the owner/manager but he is out the country.. very convenient. It’s very sad that business take advantage of a situation to offer poor customer service. Please do not do business with this company I was so disappointed that I ended paying for a towing truck to get my car out that place. Their work ethics are awful. I have pictures to proof how terrible was the paint work done to my car. I reported them to my insurance company. They dropped my car off and apologized by email.

When my truck was hit by another driver, C&S reaches out to me to get the damage taken care of. In my 15 years of driving, this was my first accident, and they kindly and patiently walked me through the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty and lack of communication from C&S Automotive Repair. My entire family has trusted Scism & Son in Kings Mountain and against my better judgement, I decided to give C&S my business this time. C&S offered to waive the $500 deductible and offered a lifetime guarantee. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The $500 savings was not worth the trouble. I spoke with Yvette prior to agreeing to give C&S my business. I asked several questions. I was told that the typical time frame for repair was 3-5 days. April 19th, they sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. I had not received an update so I reached out April 25th. Yvette sent me a text stating "Everything is going as planned! We're just waiting on a part as of now. It should be here by Wednesday. I will definitely keep you updated." I also spoke with her over the phone and she stated the same thing. I asked specifically was everything completed except for the part that we are waiting on, and she said "yes". April 28th, I had not heard if the part was received so I asked for an update. I received a text saying that they were waiting on the adjuster to call back. There was a supplement available and that they are just waiting to hear back. I asked if that meant that the car needed more work. She confirmed that it did. May 2nd I had not been given an update so I contact Yvette and got the same story. They are waiting to hear back from the adjuster. May 2nd after my phone call with Yvette, I received a text from Progressive stating that the shop had requested (that day) a re-inspection of the vehicle. May 3rd, I was contacted by Progressive to say that the vehicle was totaled. This process went from a 3-5 day job to finding out 14 days later that the car was totaled. I understand that the vehicle was totaled and that is not their issue. The issue I have is the lack of communication and dishonesty. Not once after they received my car did someone reach out to me to give me an update. I always had to contact Yvette to get an update. She was dishonest in telling me that the vehicle was being repaired as planned an only waiting on a part to be completed. It took 14 days to determine my vehicle was totaled. When I went to the shop to retrieve the belongings out of the car, no repairs had been made. The car was in the same state as it was when they received it with the exception of the bumper being removed. What were they doing with the car from April 19th to April 28th. When I asked this question I was told that they were waiting on the adjuster for a week an half. How are you waiting on the adjuster but you only spoke of the adjuster April 28th? If you were waiting a week and a half wouldn't you not mention that would have been the same week they received the car. Overall, the experience was horrible and I would not recommend.
