Absolute RIP OFF. Paid him to replace a blown engine and the new engine never worked. Saying he did the job "technically" BUT IT DON'T WORK IN MY CAR. Huge mistake going there.

I worked for 18 hours over a weekend on this car trying to figure out what's wrong. Took them 3 hours to tell me exactly what I needed. They're good mechanics. Pay them to car for your vehicle properly!

Extremely knowledgeable about cars. I had a few Camaro questions. The gentleman I spoke to knew exactally what I was talking about. I gave them five 5 stars: One for being honest. The 2nd one for giving me a time frame and that they are a little backed up at the moment. The 3rd for not beating around the bush, for his understanding me...sometimes it's had to explain what's happening with our vehicles. 4th star, for having a decent clean, safe parking lot. 5th star for providing a trust worthy, friendly, safe, family like business that anyone can take their business to.

I enjoyed my experience. I called, explained my problem, and asked for a quote. He gave a quote and stuck with it when it came time to pay. Repair was quick, and prices are fair. My only *very* minor complaint? Wish he built tire disposal into the price of the tire change. I would have happily paid a little extra to not have my tires in my backseat, but again this is minor as Walmart does disposal pretty cheaply. I am sure he would have provided disposal had I asked, but I was in kind of a hurry to get going, so it's really only my fault. Overall extremely happy with my experience.

This guy is a total crook and a rip-off. I paid him to replace my engine in my hybrid Hyundai and after the fact he said he didn't know how to do it joe, he then would not give me my car back with the blown engine still. Even he's kept my car for now months and won't give it back after I paid him to put an engine in. He didn't know how and he still kept my vehicle. I would be very careful if you go to him for anything!!!!!

Excellent mechanics at fair prices are a wonderful and rare combination. Best place I've found anywhere in the Southern Tier.

I started bringing my car to Chris a couple of years ago. To fix the seat in my car. Then, in 2023, Chris had to fix a botched repair that B & D Exhaust did in 2022, after being referred to B & D Exhaust by Gault Toyota. Chris also found an antifreeze leak that Gault Toyota failed to inform me about. I got 4 new tires from Cacialli auto repair at a great price. They do all of my oil changes and yearly inspections. Quality work every time. Best around. I've known Chris for over 30 years , and he knows about cars. This is the only place I will bring my car now.

I have taken my car here numerous times and have always been treated with respect and honesty. I have never felt taken advantage of or price gouged. They have even provided me with advice that resulted in me taking my vehicle to the dealership (warranty stuff) which meant they weren't going to be working on my car, so nothing was in it for them. I highly recommend them and I will be continuing to bring my car here.
