I use my truck for business and every time I’ve ever had an issue with my truck, the crew at Sun Auto takes care of my issues fast and those guys always keep me informed and updated with courtesy calls and pictures to make me feel good about the work they do for me.10 out of 10 recommended. The team is extremely informative and care more about the car than any of the big name companies. They give the car an inspection at no cost and give you options based on the inspection. I never once felt pressured to any cost and if I had a question they told me why it’s important or if I decided not to do a recommendation they gave me information to prolong until next visit. I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends or family.

My truck started acting up and I needed to get it checked out as well as do some overdue maintenance. I called both Christian Brothers and Sun Auto, on Rayford in Spring TX, for quotes on the maintenance and diagnostic work. Sun Auto had CB beat by 25% on 2 of the 3 services with the 3rd being almost identical. On top of that Trevor at SA provided a lot of feedback on the issues that could be the problem and was extremely helpful in the process. Had the quotes been similar I still would have choose SA over CB due to his level of engagement and professionalism. I was able to perform 1 of the 3 maintenance items myself as both shops were way more then I was willing to pay for that service I was perfectly capable of doing myself for 1/5 the cost. I was able to drop the truck off on Saturday morning and they stayed well past closing to get me the diagnosis. They were able to diagnose a simple part failure vs a major engine repair. I was back on the road with a truck that drove like new Monday afternoon and couldn't be happier with my experience with these guys. On a separate note the wife and I have had several tires go flat due to nails and we have brought them in for repairs and have always never charged us for that. When my AC went out they were once again the lowest price for repairs between GMC, and CB. Those repairs came with a warranty as well.

So I’ll start with the good. Friendly staff, nice facility, the work performed was good. I just needed an alignment after doing a leveling kit. Now the bad. I take exceptional care of my truck. It is spotless inside and out. I made extra notation to the guy i gave my keys to make sure they aren’t covered in great before getting in and out. I also asked if they have a paper floor mat to put in the driver foot well which they said yes. Well, i pick up my truck at the end of the day, there is oily grease all over my steering wheel, door panel, seat bottom, door handles, driver, passenger AND rear doors. Massive oil smudge under the driver side window like the side had his arm out the window and his forearm covered in grease. Oh and, go figure, no paper mat in the floor board. It was so bad i asked the quick lube guys on the way out for a towel to wipe down my steering wheel. It was black when i got dime and threw it away. Even as somebody who doesn’t care about a dirty car would be pissed about this. it’s highly frustrating. It’s not theirs so they don’t care about it. So, for people who take care of their vehicle… you’ve been warned.

Great shop, would recommend! Devin, Carlos, and chief technician Steve to care of my son's 2015 JK Wrangler like pros and kept me in the loop the whole time. After having the jeep repaired in the Fort Worth area, these guys (4 hours from initial repair at a Sun Auto in FW) honored their 24 months/24,00 mile warrantee and repaired the problem for free. great waiting room, you will NOT find any other's better!

Sun Auto is awesome they took care of my old school Crown Vic after my late husband passed away I needed to have the car serviced and they went over and beyond to help me getting her up and running perfect. They even helped me with air in my tire and changed my lightbulb for free I won’t go anywhere else now. I can’t say one person is better than the other they’re all amazing there. I recommend them to everyone. And they have shuttle service and they even took me home one time cause they had to keep my car over the weekend. sun Auto ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m a 74 year old senior with an old car. For the first time in my life, I got served with respect and care when I stopped by for emergency alerts in my car. The technician listened attentively and asked to test drive my car. He came back saying that my car is in good condition except with the alerts. He nicely told me to come back with an appointment for them to do an in-depth check. In the meantime, he assured I can safely drive my car until I am ready for them. Thank you!

I broke down while storm chasing, and Sun Auto Tire & Service really took care of me. They got my truck in quickly and treated Team Dominator Storm Recovery with top-notch service. I was worried it was a major electrical issue that would cost thousands, but they were completely honest — it ended up just being a battery problem. They even offered a shuttle to pick me up when the truck was ready. Hard to find service this genuine anymore. I highly recommend these guys and would trust them with my vehicle any day.

It was a pleasure to work with Devon. My truck came in with a much needed transmission rebuild. Devon kept constant communication regarding the step in the process and about when I would get my truck back. I contacted 3 different Ford dealerships in the area and it was anywhere from 8-12 weeks just to be seen for transmission issue. Insane! Devon had me in on Monday afternoon and I got my truck back by Saturday! Feels like the work done is great. Truck drives better than ever. I highly recommend this shop. They did my timing belt on a diesel f150 when they were Caliber Auto. Most Ford dealerships didn’t even know that Ford put in diesel engines in F150. Highly highly recommend this place for repairs. They are an honest fair priced shop. I am very skeptical of auto shops so to find one that I trust is a great piece of mind that I’d send my wife and daughters to have work done on their vehicles if needed. I hope that their culture remains the same and they continue hiring good people. Thanks again.

I love this place! You get exceptional customer and car service. When the work is complete you get a detailed report (including pictures) sent to your phone. They offer suggestions for your vehicle, will show you why some recommendations are important or just precautionary, but do not pressure you into anything. The lounge (pictured) is comfortable and they offer wi-fi, water, clean bathrooms, annnnnnd..... A playground for kids!! Yes, Mom's, you can sit down and relax while you get your oil changed!
