Went to Caliber Auto Care to see about replacing my battery(had to get a jumpstart the night before). Instead of just selling me a new battery sight unseen, they checked first to see if the battery was still good. In addition, they did a diagnostic check on everything and provided a report. They did not try and convince me to have anything additional done, but provided the report along with their recommendation do I can review and determine if and when I wanted to address it. Very honest, professional and reasonably priced business. I really love doing business with them.

I set an appointment for an alignment and oil change. The service was quick and they tell you the price upfront. However, when I picked up the truck they had it backed into a bush and there’s a new door ding in the driver door ://. For being a reputable company with expensive costs, I expect better.
