For starters I’d like to say it was not expected lol but I had a very helpful gentleman named Bryan who inspected my tire I’ve been to a few tire shops to get air for that one tire lol but they always told me it just needed air whole time I needed a new tire but Bryan inspected it and told me what it was a nail😭 so I spoke with a manager named wade he was very helpful with telling me where I can find the tire I needed I will forever be grateful!!! Thank you team !

I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop! The staff here are genuinely friendly which is a rare find in an industry where you often run into pushy or impatient people. I watched them go out of their way to help an elderly woman who just needed some air in her tires, and they treated her with such kindness and respect. It really showed the character of this team. They took care of my own service quickly and efficiently, and I was in and out in record time. Highly recommend this place honest, kind, and top-notch service all around! I will definitely be coming back here!

🙏 A mechanic that feels like family👍 🚙👨‍🔧🤩🤗 A referral from an uncle led to discovering Sun Tire & Service, a place that feels like family. Though the exterior might be deceiving, the team has repeatedly demonstrated their commitment to customers. My AC was repaired quickly and at a competitive price a few months ago. The repair has been successful even through this scorching Texas heat. During an oil change, an error code was detected (which I was already aware of but put off due to high estimated repair cost given by AutoZone). Mr. Wade suggested I try some troubleshooting steps that cost less than $12 - and they worked!!! This approach reflects that they are truly there to help me, not sell me on services I don’t need. Fast Service, Honesty, Integrity, Competitive Pricing, a clean and comfortable waiting area, and even great music!! This is my preferred auto shop in Dallas. This is our 2nd visit here and I came in with a long list of things needing to be fixed. Not your average tire shop where they feel like they are price gouging your bill just because. Wade, up front, was very honest with both my wife and I I about what needed to be fixed off our list and some other areas that needed attention. It was recommended that our struts both front and back be replaced due to mileage but not once pressured us into buying. They offered us a ride home since our vehicle was staying over night. 10/10 service. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a great experience at Sun Auto Tire and Service. Wade handled the entire encounter and did an outstanding job of letting me know what to expect and how long it would take. I've been coming here for several years now and always have a great experience. They are efficient, provide great customer service, very knowledgeable of whats going on and work with you. They've also provided recommendations of quality providers if they may have someone who can address the issue and save some money, like when i needed a new catalytic converter. I've always been satisfied with the work on my car and continue to come here, even after not living as close anymore because I know my car is in good hands. Highly recommend them to anyone!
