Update: Spring 2024 my driver door was backed into. I took my car back to caliber collision. I DID NOT have the same great experience that I did the first time I had taken my car in. To this day, my driver door is broken. I have taken the car back multiple times (because bolts were literally falling out of my door) to have repairs completed without success. After caliber collision fixed my driver door my, the driver window stopped working properly. I was told on multiple occasions that they would fix the window but the job was never completed. I was told the parts needed were costly and were being ordered. To this day, I have not heard back. I was told they were to replace the driver door but I’m skeptical that was done. I do not believe that this is a new driver door for my 2018 VW Tiguan. Months after my driver door was “repaired” door started to make a popping sound when opened or shut… oh, and my driver window is still broken! I’d like to point out that when I brought the car in to have the damage to the door repaired that my window worked perfectly!! And my window was broken during repairs and has NOT been fixed. I never heard back from Juan. Please take a look at the photos included in my review. This is a photo of the driver door that pops when opened or closed and a photo of my broken window. The window is clearly off its track. I was told this part costs around $400.. which I offered to pay for. Juan, if you’re reading this.. you owe me a fixed window and door. Juan and the Caliber Collision team were wonderful to work with. Everything was taken care of and nothing was overlooked. I’m so happy to have my car back! I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work! I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of cosmetic repairs to their vehicle. This is truly a five start service! My car was t-boned at an intersection, but you’d never even know it! All thanks to Caliber Collision! Both passengers doors and rear quarter panel were replaced/repaired. I am very pleased with the results.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I had such an awesome experience! My advisor, Nick Gonzalez, kept me informed every step of the way and even got my truck back to me a day earlier than expected. The repair work was flawless — you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. Final Update: It seems they've fixed the issues that were left over after repair. If the initial repair hand been handled the way the secondary repairs were done I would have been relatively pleased. Overall, not the best experience I've had with a body shop but the vehicle is seemingly fixed. Communication could be better and attention to detail seems to be lacking. I've updated my rating to three stars to reflect the totality of my experience. Updated 02/08/26: The roof was not installed properly after hail damage in November. Water is leaking into the cab and pooling on the floors under the carpets. This poses a serious safety hazard as the e-torque auxiliary battery pack is behind the backseat on the driver's side. I responded to the automated message from the company and have yet to hear back in response to my concerns. Original: To preface, My vehicle was one of many involved in the Portland hailstorm this year, so I understand that after the initial estimate of two week, it wasnt until week 6 that I received my vehicle. Repair Quality: My vehicle is a 2025 with less than 9k miles. Pretty much the entire left side of my vehicle needed to be replaced. When I got it back the hood seam and rear driver door didn't sit flush with the body. Also, I now have an internal rattle in my driver's side door when on a bumpy road. Even something as simple as the spring on my sunglasses holder wasnt seated properly. The inside of the vehicle also had a noticeable amount of dust and debris from the repairs. These parts were full replacements so I don't understand how they could have missed alignment on the seams that badly. Seemed rushed. Photo: Discrepancy between both rear door seams. Unfortunately, my interactions with the shop have made it to where I'd rather live with the imperfections than send it back to be fixed. Communication: Often time when the shop told me they'd give me a call on a specific day/time they wouldn't. Seemed like I had to hound them to see where my vehicle was in the repair process. Each week after the two week initial estimate, I'd call on a Monday to check on the vehicle. I'd be told it'd be ready midweek, end of week worst case scenario. This sequence repeated itself until the vehicle was done. All in all, it was not a positive experience. I understand they were loaded down with cars from the storm but the communication and workmanship were lacking from my point of view. I chose Caliber because they seemed to be an established and capable nationwide company to handle my repairs. Quite a disappointing experience.
