I’m blown away by the entire experience at Caliber Collision in getting my vehicle repaired after it was rear ended. The entire experience went smoothly with no additional stress for me. When I dropped my car off for repairs I was provided a loaner car. Caliber Collision kept me informed of the progress by text as they repaired the damage. When the car was finished and I went to pick it up I was so grateful that the work done on it was outstanding! Everything was perfect, even the paint color. Everyone I encountered at Caliber Collision was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I’ve had 2 jobs done with them. And both have been good. The second job needed a touch up and they took care of it but not without a disrespectful encounter from an employee. Lucky for them, I’m not going to blame the entire company for the actions of one person.

The person who hit me initially said that they were going to pay out of pocket and then when they changed their mind. Caliber collision stepped up and fought to make sure they covered everything with this guys crap insurance!

There is no communication at this place. We had an appointment, and when we showed up at that time, they acted like they had never heard of us. They said the repairs would be done in a week, so we dropped it while on vacation. They needed an entire extra week; we had to go without our car for 14 days! They text you "updates" that you cannot respond to, and when you call to talk to someone, the receptionist tells you "he's off today," and they never call you back. They did great work but it cost over $1,000 to paint a small blemish on the front bumper. When the car was done, they still wouldn't let us pick it up until "our guy was working," and......"he's off today." We will not go back.

Overall, the process with Caliber Collision has been a severe disappointment and as of writing this review, is ongoing. Poor repairs were made to my vehicle and quality control on those repairs were extremely poor. When I pointed out issues, they were met with resistance and inconsistent stories were offered as explanations for the issues observed. To highlight the poor craftsmanship of the repairs I received, I have attached photos. My vehicle is gray, but I've also attached some examples from a red model to illustrate what my vehicle looked like before my vehicle was rear-ended and before Caliber's repairs. Due to the accident, my vehicle needed a new rear bumper cover, tail lights, and some adjustments to the lift gate and badges. The holes for the parking and advanced parking sensors were improperly cut and poorly painted over. So much so that I noticed it fairly quickly before leaving the location. When I pointed it out, I was met with a "well.. what do you want us to do about it?" vibe. After meeting with the General Manager, they stated it was a defective Toyota bumper cover, with pre-drilled holes and that they would order another to address the issue. A week later, the issues with my vehicle were supposedly addressed, but the issues persisted. The photos after they "addressed" my concerns are what I have attached. I asked if they had replaced the bumper as indicated, and the Service Advisor said they did not, but simply cleaned the holes up a bit further. When I still wasn't happy with the repairs, I was again brought the General Manager. The General Manager stated that they had replaced the bumper, when I told him what the Service Advisor said, the General Manager stated he hadn't been aware. To the General Manager's credit, he offer to order a new bumper and have the work redone, however that has not yet been completed. I was told I could leave with my vehicle and return it for repairs when the new bumper was ready. In the time since leaving the lot, I have also noted that the light bar they replaced is misaligned. There are two dashes in the plastic body molding around the light bar that help to indicate its alignment. The correct alignment can be seen on the pictures of the red model I attached, and I've attached a photo showing how Caliber Collision "aligned" my new light bar. The misalignment was not present prior to the accident my vehicle was involved in. All in all, its been a very stressful experience and I've been made to feel like a "Karen" whenever and wherever I pointed out issues. I had no intention of making their job hard, I just don't want the value of my vehicle to further depreciate due to the repairs I was presented with. I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.
