I got refer to Caliber Collision from my Farmer insurance. This is the one on 41703 Albrae St. Fremont. Hani Aho is taking care of my case. He explained to me what has to be done patiently. Since they have to replace the whole door for my car, He told me not to bring in the car until the replacement came in to lessen the days without car which is a good idea. After 2 weeks he called to let me know the new part is ready and i drop of my car. Within one week, they called me to pick up. My vehicle was broken into at a BART Parking Garage last November. I had a very, very unpleasant experience with SafeLite Auto Glass and finally worked with my insurance company to have my car inspected/evaluated/etc. by another repair facility. I went to Caliber Collision in Fremont, California and have been extremely happy with the customer service, the quality and thoroughness of the estimate and the work done. I would definitely take my vehicle there again, if I have problems in the future. Jose Cabrera was my contact/customer service representative who was very friendly, courteous, professional and very thorough with his evaluation of the damages incurred to the interior and exterior of my car due to the glass breakage during the break-in itself.
