The person who handled my case was neither professional nor sincere, and would deflect responsibility whenever issues arose — it felt like an insult to my intelligence. They also said the shop manager would call me, but to this day I have not received any call. here’s the list of identified issue and concerns: 1. Wheel bolts dangerously over-torqued — Required torque is 140 Nm, but mine were tightened well beyond 200 Nm (likely 250–300 Nm). A 200 Nm torque wrench could not release them. This severely stretches the bolts and poses a safety risk. I will have to replace the front wheel bolts at my own expense. The representative even do not know for my car the factory spec is 140nm, they said 120nm but they tightened more than 200nm. 2. Loose brake disc screws — The fixing screws on the left brake disc were literally loose. 3. Suspension noise — The left suspension makes unusual noises on bumpy roads, suggesting possible issues with the ball joints or strut mount. 4. Unverified parts — The sticker on the left suspension strut does not display a brand or part number. I cannot confirm if it’s genuine BMW OEM. 5. Possible frame misalignment — There is a noticeable height difference between the side skirt and fender connection. If the skirt is correctly installed, this could indicate frame deformation. 6. Interior noise — The left interior door panel makes unusual noises when pressed. 7. Poor headlight calibration — Headlight beam pattern is uneven, with both dark patches and overly bright spots. I can confirm it is the calibration issue instead of the new or old light effects

Caliber took care of my VW in 2024 when I was rear ended. I went back to them in 2025 when I was rear ended again in my VW. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, did the repairs in an expert manner and made sure my car was safe to drive & looked like nothing had happened.
