Took my truck here for repair, they only fixed the cosmetic part of my truck looked good but they never looked beyond that because I found that my axel was damaged afterwards when my truck was returned. Scheduled to take it back and they try to make seem like I did something wrong. They took forever to schedule and fix my truck even though they were fixing a mistake overlooked by them.

November 8, 2024, we were hit by a young man while stopped for an emergency vehicle. Thank goodness it was not major damage to our vehicle, but it was over our deductible. So we took our car to Caliber collision because we had done business with them in a different state (Florida) and had excellent service there. We decided to give them a try here in Nevada and we are very glad we did. The service was exactly the same as it was in Florida! They were quick, efficient and kept us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. The receptionist was so sweet and extremely helpful. Our service representation was Derek and he was not only very personable, but extremely knowledgeable as well. He made me feel my vehicle was in good hands and I had nothing to worry about! I know they're extremely busy, so we're very happy it didn't take long for our vehicle to be repaired (mostly because the damage was not extensive) either way, we would definitely trust Caliber collision if we ever needed this service again (we also would highly recommend them! I've had spectacular work done here on 2 different occasions. Due to some unfortunate incidents, I needed some body and paint work. They were very professional with the work from quoting to the finished job. Their pricing was competitive with other shops, but they have a nice facility, making it feel more inviting. For any jobs I need in the future (hopefully not too many), I'll always come back here.

I really wanted to like this place. They’ve done work for me in the past, and while it wasn’t perfect, it was decent compared to other options. The first time was on my 2014 Tundra—unfortunately, they power washed the underside of the engine, which damaged some electronics and cost me $580 out of pocket to repair. Fast forward to a little over a year later, my 2025 Tundra was vandalized and needed body work. They repaired the ding, but the paint job is noticeably off. The truck is white, but the repaired area is clearly a cream color. It doesn’t match at all. In my honest opinion, I’d skip this shop unless you’re okay with mismatched paint. I’ve already paid my deductible, but now my insurance is telling me they have to pay the shop additional money to redo their own poor-quality work. It honestly feels like someone at the shop is trying to milk the insurance company. To the owner: please re-read the bottom part of my review. I’m not sure what “additional details” you would like when I’m showing photos of mismatched paint. Notice the back passenger door with the rest of the truck, the color of the back passenger door is cream colored, not white or matching white with the truck. I even had 2 Neighbors come out and see it while your delivery driver was dropping off the vehicle. They BOTH noticed the cream colored door. How are you going to have a $70k truck with 1 cream colored door and claim is as “brand new” or replaced if like new. **Update 7/15/2025: I got my vehicle back after the shop took it back to “fix” the off color citing it was a clear coat issue causing the back passenger door to look yellow vs white. Vehicle was returned with paint droppings on the inside, see video added. If you want a sloppy job, this place won’t fail you.

From the very beginning, David was upfront and transparent with my husband and me regarding the turn around time for my vehicle repairs. He explained that, for my particular make and model, the worst case scenario would involve a delay in the arrival of the door molding. David was friendly and listened to our concerns with genuine care and curiosity. He made sure we received status updates every step of the way, which gave us complete peace of mind. Got into a minor accident, made an appointment "through my insurance"with DAVID BIGGS and I tell you he is very professional and respectful he went through everything that needed to be fixed down to every detail. Kept us updated on the process of our vehicle and they work FAST. Car was finished in 5 days and it looks incredible and on pick up David met us with the car showed what was fixed, though we had a minor blinker issue he responded quickly and got it fixed THANK YOU. This is by far the best collision repair shop in Clark County. We live in Summerlin and chose this location because we heard it had the best quality work, and they absolutely lived up to that reputation. From the very beginning they gave us clear and realistic expectations on the amount of time the repairs would take, and they actually finished a couple of days earlier than their estimate. David, my repair manager, kept me informed every step of the way, Joe did outstanding work on the vehicle, and Abraham the owner clearly makes customer satisfaction the top priority. The team even rejected parts that did not fit correctly and only used the proper ones, which gave us full confidence in the repair process. The pricing was fair, the service was excellent, and when we picked up the car it looked brand new again. The attention to detail and commitment to quality here is second to none. Highly recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone in Las Vegas or Summerlin who wants the job done right the first time.

Lots of positive reviews brought me here, but I am NOT satisfied and here is why. My car was brought it on 12/02/25 and the delivery date was set to 1/2/26 then revised to 1/29/26 and now scheduled for another revision. They left a $60K car out in the open without hood cover to rust in rain water. Attached pictures taken on 12/8/25 (no rust) and 1/6/26 (after exposure to rain/wind with no hood cover) Even if you replace the part with rust what about all other parts that got exposed to the same weather condition. Is it possible to replace all of them ? Most of the time (3 weeks) was spent waiting for the mechanic to complete other cars. On the delivery date 1/29 they never called me to report delay. I had to call them and learn from them that they discovered a part was delivered wrongly to them by Toyota and they need it replaced. Unless you have a second car that you can drive and afford to let them hold your car for as long as they wish, I recommend that you evaluate other options. I can't comment on the quality of their work as the car is not yet delivered to me. Will keep updated!

Unfortunately, I have had to use Caliber Collision several times for collision repair because well, Vegas. Seems my vehicles are magnets in parking lots and on the roads. In the collision repair industry, it’s quite common to come across businesses that take advantage of you and overcharge while under delivering. My experiences with Caliber have been anything but that. I have both paid out of pocket for repairs and done repairs through insurance claims. Same treatment either way. Of course, insurance claims get different labor rates because they contract with the insurance companies, but the folks at Caliber have always reduced their labor rates for me to come close to the rates the insurance companies pay. My latest venture into Caliber just last week was fantastic. I was expecting the truck to be in the shop for ten days or so and it was done in a week. I had them doing work through an insurance claim and out of pocket work at the same time. Junior exceeded his promises and the cost was reasonable. Smooth experience all around. I was a loyal customer before and am beyond loyal now.

My poor truck was backed into in the parking lot, and I was so upset! I haven’t had luck in the past with service and quality of repairs done… so I was so worried that I wouldn’t be satisfied and that it wouldn’t look brand new like my truck is. WELL!! I was wrong I was so happy with the repair, as it looks like it NEVER HAPPENED! and the service, communication, and fact that they completed the repair so fast was OUTSTANDING!!
