This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with repairs. I was rear ended in my pretty much brand new 2023 Toyota Rav 4 Adventure. They estimated repairs to take about 3 weeks, I got a call and they finished an entire week early! My car looks like nothing ever happened, you would have no idea it has been in an accident. The color of my car is also not a very common color and they matched it perfectly!!!! Derek kept me in the loop along the way with phone calls and texts which I really appreciated. He was great. McKayla in customer service was so friendly! I can’t say enough good things about them and the whole team. They made a stressful situation easier. If I ever need repairs again, I know where I’m going. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!
