I've dealt with Caliber at both of their locations and have always had the best customer service which you don't see much anymore. Royce went out of his way to meet me at work on a Friday afternoon so I didn't have to wait until Monday AND was able to return the car rental. Thank you.The repair was done earlier than expected and the car looked brand new. I will have no problem recommending Caliber to family and friends . You're all a pleasure to deal with.

Caliber Collision sure delivers! We had a deer run into our passenger door of our Explorer. We hated to turn it in to get fixed knowing it would be there so long. We received almost daily updates and to our surprise our vehicle was completed 17 days earlier than expected. Every person we met was kind and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions without making us feel stupid. When we got our vehicle back it was done perfectly and was shining. Highly recommend the Myrtle Beach location of Caliber Collision. Great work and great staff!!

I was in a minor front end accident with my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLE. This vehicle is my pride and joy and I was so disappointed in myself. My insurance company gave me auto body repair shop options in the Myrtle Beach SC area. I read reviews of local shops and took a chance on Caliber Collision off 501. Upon making contact with the GM Eric Kulik he could sense my lack of confidence that my vehicle could look like it did before the accident. He assured me that Caliber Collision would do it's best in repairing my vehicle. His communication throughout the process was prompt and outstanding. 2wks later he called me that my vehicle was completed. I told him that I'm at my Florida home and won't be home for 3wks. I didn't want my Mercedes sitting in the back lot of any shop and was concerned. He said, "Phyllis, would it be ok if I drove your vehicle to your home and park it safely in your driveway and when you return, inspect it and come in letting me know your satisfaction or concerns?" I was stunned that he'd offer doing such a nice thing putting my mind at ease. Hrs later my driveway security camera alerted me of movement. I logged on and from Florida watched GM Kulik park my vehicle, get out and whipe it all down because he'd just washed it, I was amazed the attention to detail he'd given me to make this bad experience of being in a accident a happy ending. When I returned to Myrtle Beach SC my Mercedes Benz looked like it had never been in that minor front end collision. Now it was time for me to go and thank the general manager Eric Kulik. I pulled up to Caliber Collision and notice a shop that's busy and alive restoring damaged vehicles. I approached the first man I encountered who was wiping down and vacuuming a vehicle asking, "is general manager Kulik around?" The man smiled and responded, "that's me Mrs Caruso." He recognized my Mercedes as I pulled in. I said, "you're Eric and you're wiping down and vacuuming out these vehicles?" He ended with, "I believe in leadership by example, I learned by my father who's a Marine this important trait." I was very impressed and couldn't thank him enough for guiding me through this process and understanding my concerns fixing my Mercedes Benz. Thank you everyone at Caliber Collision and especially GM Eric Kulik definitely 5☆ service

I collided with a deer around the new year, this was a very stressful time as it brought some aspects of my life to a halt and nearly caused issues with my job. Caliber collision off 501 not only got my car in quickly, but also got it out earlier than expected. Eric did an amazing job at keeping me updated and was nothing but transparent through the entire process. The work they did to my car was spectacular, it looks just the way it did when I bought it from the dealership. They exceeded my ecxpectations, I strongly recommend this shop to anyone that is in need of body work.

I visited for a free estimate on several rear right paint chips on my Mazda. The honest tech said the part is plastic and if I wasn't overly concerned about appearance, go to a dealership and buy a paint pen. Another bonus, the Rest and Waiting rooms are very comfortable and clean. If a future need arises, this would be my place of choice.
