These guys are better than awesome! I won't go anywhere else now ! This shop places the customer #1. The prices are very fair and they do as they say they will do. I've never been to any shop that treated me with such respect and kindness as they do here. I was actually a bit blown away on how nice they were and how comfortable they made their customers feel. I had TV to watch and Daryl brought me a snack and water while I waited. Then I was introduced to others that came in. It seemed this is pretty standard. No one felt like an outsider there. They were this way with anyone who walked in. Like you were part of the "family". My truck was taken care of and I knew up front what needed to be done. My truck runs GREAT now! No false promises, No BS, No wondering what they will try and sell ya next...... Just good honest people.... I highly recommend to anyone!

The guys here give exceptional customer service. They are what you hope for, and more, when you take your car in for repairs. Derrick is very friendly and helpful. He was very understanding and accommodating to us. He really helped my wife and I to enjoy our 20th wedding anniversary and not have to worry so much about my daughter’s car that broke down just before we were about to leave town for our celebration weekend. I was referred to California Car Care by a friend, and I’m so glad I went. We needed a new catalytic converter and were also dealing with a coolant leak. When our check engine light came on, I brought my vehicle in. Derek and his team diagnosed the problem right away and discovered that the previous shop had installed the hoses incorrectly. In nonmechanic terms..less than great work, so the coolant wasn’t circulating where it needed to. Derek was fantastic. He explained everything in plain English, kept me updated, and made the whole process stressfree. He was able to get the new converters delivered within a few days, and had my car finished in one day. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received. On top of that, they support veterans, love their country, and have a strong faith (which I do not have, but deeply respect). In a time when honest work can be hard to find, California Car Care delivers. I trust them with my vehicle, and my vehicle is my baby. I'd recommend them 10x over.
