I have been taking all of my cars here for about 10 years now. They have always been honest, fast and a pleasure to do business with. Lee even fixed my a/c in my old Gimmy. It would be very easy for a smog shop to take advantage of customers, but not here. Key word, HONEST.

Lee at CA SMOG is one of the Best Mechanics I've been to in a long time! He's Honest, Hard Working with an Excellent Work Ethic, Very Knowledgeable and Conscientious. He goes above and beyond to make sure his work is completed properly. My Avalon needed extensive repairs to pass Smog and my check Engine light was on. I had the codes read by a retired mechanic friend who couldn't do the repairs. He referred me to Lee and told me Lee was a 'Good Guy' and very Honest. He was 100% Right and I'm so thankful for his referral! I applied and was approved by the "CAP" CA Assistance Program thru the "BAR" Bureau of Automotive Repairs. CA SMOG is one of the Approved Shops listed. It's very evident why he is. He called me and went over the repairs and costs which lined up with the info my Mechanic friend had given me. I approved the work and Trusted him to do it properly. Happily, Lee completed the work on my car a day early and at Less Cost than his original estimate bc he was able to clean up a part instead of having to Replace it! He saved me over $200! My car runs Better, has quicker pick-up, gets better mileage and no more emission fumes! I'm Very, Very Pleased with Lee at CA SMOG! 5 Stars for sure! ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Great service, highly recommend. Quick smog test performed by a friendly, kind technician. First time here, I came because of the good reviews and price over the phone. Clean waiting area! Smog test fee was very reasonable... didn't need to drive down to the valley as this place was perfect. Don't remember the gentleman's name but he was helpful.

New to the area, I relied on reviews to find a place to obtain a smog certificate in addition to any necessary repairs that may be necessary in case my 22 year old truck did not pass as I have been experiencing emission issues over the last year and hard start issues currently. Surprisingly, my truck passed 👏, but Lee, on his own behalf took the extra time to scan, inspect, and provide additional thoughts on what might be causing the hard start issue my truck is experiencing.
