This is now the second time I have used Campbells Auto repair for my 2015 Mercedes Sprinter. I blew a fuse and my rear captains chairs would no longer recline or function at all. The team at Campbell’s had a big challenge just like I did trying to find the fuse location that powers the seats. This is a custom sprinter and most electrical is either hidden behind wall panels or under the wood flooring but Campbell’s didn’t give up they kept my van overnight and eventually located the fuse after removing my front seat and all the electronics underneath and found it!! My van is fixed just in time for my cross country trek. Their communication is always spot on and I really appreciate the extra effort and care they put into my project.

My experience with this auto repair shop started out fine and ended not how we planned. I was never told that if you are to have your vehicle towed there, they would add an additional charge to your bill. I was also never told that my diagnostic test would be charge per hour versus a flat rate. I was charged $600 + for a Diagnostic test. I felt The backstory, I advise the mechanic should have given enough information for how our situation could’ve been handled. The mechanic never advised us because our vehicle set up for so long AB or C could happen. We were advised if we change at our ECM then our vehicle problem would be resolved. After that part was replaced there were other issues that could’ve been predicted, but never advised to us. At the end of the day, we were overcharged and also treated unprofessionally. We would never return to this auto repair shop.

Got my wife's A/C recharged here and had a great experience! After calling almost a dozen other places (some which were recommended), it was hard to stomach the price of the quotes I was hearing. I have a 2015 Mercedes sprinter and going to the dealership to do anything you’re gonna pay 3-5 times more when you really don’t have to. But at the same time it’s hard to just trust anyone when it comes to a large investment like our company Mercedes. Campbells communicated with the dealership to verify they had everything they needed for my Schedule B service on the sprinter. Not only did they do it line item per line item they also replaced my pump for my windshield wiper fluid. I felt like they were completely transparent and they communicate very well. I really like their estimates and invoicing. It makes it really easy to decode what work you what done and when. They make it really easy. After getting my van fully serviced by Campbells I went on a 3k mile journey with zero issues through the Rockies. I will trust this team with my Sprinter for all of my work moving forward.

I have serviced all of my vehicles here for over a year, anything from a brake job to extensive repairs. Timing belts on both of my wife’s Hondas, extensive work on my old Jeep grand Cherokee, and most resent a ton of repairs on my dodge ram. They have always done an awesome job and been very prompt and communicate very well. They do not cut corners they do the job the right way and they stand behind their work. I came to Campbell auto repair for a simple oil-leak repair and got charged over $1,600 after a military discount, yet they didn’t even fix the leak the first time. I went back again a second time, and it still wasn’t fixed, and on top of that they damaged my vehicle by rear-ending it, leaving me without my truck for weeks. I’m still stuck with the original problem I had and out more than $1,600. If you don’t want your vehicle damaged or want to get overpriced, don’t come here, you save your time and money.
