Nice and honest people. I brought my car in to be diagnosed for one smaller issue and they ended up finding multiple major/expensive other issues in the process, instead of convincing me to spend thousands to get it fixed with them, they were honest and recommended selling the car as the issues aren’t worth fixing. I appreciate their honesty. The head mechanic I spoke with, and the lady who works the front desk were great!! Thank you :)

This place and the owner are awesome! I have never took my car to a shop where there’s no appointment you just get it there and it’s done the same day. My car is older so it’s time for problems, but John and his crew have fixed everything. I was sweating bullets cause I am almost 800 miles away from home and my fan in the engine was apparently loose and came off and sounded like the engine was coming through the hood. It ended up puncturing the radiator, and I was stuck. I called Campbell Automotive based on reviews. John gave me the number to the towing company they use and I called them. They towed the car and it was ready the next day. Unfortunately, the next morning I went to leave and my car would not go into gear that was just sliding so the bushings were bad in that and got it back over to Campbell and it was ready again, but I had been having problems with that shifter sticking anyway, so I knew something wasn’t right and I had also had problems with the car shaking stalling, and then the AC went out too. On the third time, I took it back up there because the AC had quit blowing and it was beginning to stall too much and didn’t want to start back up. It was the purge valve which I’ve been replaced two years ago and is a continual thing on this vehicle and the AC that was done in my hometown, they had done something crazy with the wires and I had burnt through something so they replaced all the wires and the purge valve and the car is in tiptop shape now. It runs better than it has ran in five years and I feel very safe knowing it’ll be OK going home no problems whatsoever AC is running cold everything and it was an easy fix. They did an outstanding job every time I went in there and he could not believe the problems I was having either. It’s like everything hit all at once and it was no fault of theirs whatsoever, because I was aware of little things, but they are all fixed now and I am a very happy customer! They do good work they’re quick and they’re honest. Couldn’t ask for a better place to have your vehicle serviced I wish they were near me. Thank you, John and your crew!

I had Campbell’s bleed my brakes a couple of days ago and they did not remove the wheels which is always recommended. The results was brake fluid on all four wheels and was given back to me you guessed it In terrible condition. It took me two days to paint these wheels last year, red 90 Corvette.

This place does solid work for a reasonable price! Quick turnaround on my car and didn't push any unnecessary fixes. The only maintenance I wouldn't do here would be your basic oil change just due to there being 15min oil change services in the area that don't require a car drop-off and tend to offer coupons/discounts. All other car problems I'd choose Campbells!

I have a 2003 Nissan Murano SL all wheel drive. I brought in with a very rough misfire and I couldn't figure it out, I brought it to them very reasonable on time. I only bought the car for $550. But it end up costing me over $800. But I am very satisfied. The car runs like it's brand new... I will recommend this place to anyone I know. Thank you to Lewis who done the work... They ended up changing the three back spark plugs as well as the coils. Which is a pain.. thanks again

Very honest and professional. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary maintenance; addressed exactly what I asked for, diagnosed the problem, and advised the status and health of my car. Thought my brakes were bad but they confirmed the health was still good and didn't replace them just because I suggested it. They knew the brakes were still good and didn't take advantage. After a history of falling for maintenance scams here in Fort Myers I was very relieved to finally find my new mechanic!!

I live in Corscrew Woodlands and my neighbor recommended calling Campbells. He said that many people in the park use them. I called and talked to the owner and said I needed a new thermostat in my 2019 Dodge Caravan (according to the check engine code that was read from a different auto repair shop). He quoted me around $400. The other shop quoted me $650. Another shop would not even quote me without me paying them a $125 diagnostic fee. I picked up my vehicle today and the final cost me $383. Great job guys. As busy as it was when I was there, I am sure they are giving a good service at a fair price.
