Weak vacuums and distinct smell of mold in the water.... Enough to make me not want to spray it on my paint. One of the three worst car washes in Fort Collins along with Executive Car Wash & City Park Car Wash. Just don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere that actually gives a crap about their business.

Paid $12 for the deluxe wash and it sprayed the car with soap, washed half of it off and completely stopped and turned off and said the car wash was out of service Tried to call 4 different numbers and one of them worked but it was someone's personal number and they didn't pick up Worst car wash I've been to by far

Rip off. Used a credit card was charged $10 and the and the water did not turn on. So I left there less $10 and still a dirty car. Left messages with the owner to refund my money but haven't heard back. Also the sign states that poor credit cards you'll be charged $5 not $10.

Horrible car wash, ordered the $10 deluxe and it left soap on hlaf of my car. Looked around for a contact number, what was I thinking? Of course a business like this would have no way of getting a hold of anyone...wish i could leave a picture of how bad it was!

Used debit card today 8/29/20 said $5 charge bank account says $10 charge. I've had problems here before and have been refunded but being over charged and later having money returned is a pretty lame way to run a business. Will be finding a new car wash from now on....

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I paid for my car wash and the wash never allowed me to enter, just told me to “wait to enter wash” even though no other car was in it. I called their number while I was there and I’ve called and left multiple voicemails since then but never got called back. I wasted $9 and my time.

I would not waste your money on this car wash , been to it twice now and both times the bug off wouldn’t work, presoak barely work high pressure wash wasn’t high pressure at all and the clear coat conditioner barely worked take your money somewhere else and actually get a decent wash

The morning I went to wash my car the machine wasn't working properly. I deposited about $15 before the sprayer kicked on. I called up Devin (the owner) and he was super helpful, apologetic, and fully reimbursed me the money... which he had to mail to central NY where I'm from! Fantastic customer service all the way around! Highly recommend this business.

I did the self car wash and it charges your card $5 to start and then adds on charge the longer you take to wash your car. I washed mine and my fiance's cars and mine said it was a $5.50 charge and his said $6.25. Checking my back statement today I was charged $10 for both. I am upset not because I spent $10 extra for a car wash but because their advertising for $5 start car wash is bs. Apparently if you go over $5 it automatically goes to $10...just an fyi for anyone wanting to use this car wash.

I went to this car wash a couple weeks ago, and the water wasn't working for one of the sides where you was it yourself, but I paid for it already. So I drove away thinking I was just out $5 but then I checked my bank account and the machine had charged me twice so I was out $10. I called the number on the website and Jodi returned my phone call a couple days later and told me they would mail me a full refund. I appreciated that because I did not expect to get a refund and didn't even request one! I received the money today with a note that said "we apologize again!". They seemed to be very apologetic and treated my situation very well!

Went to this car wash, paid $9, drove into the bay and got halfway through the wash, and then the wash stopped. My car was still covered in soap. I called the number on the door and left a voicemail, and am leaving this review because it looks like other customers have had similar issues and have had difficulties contacting the company. Edit: After leaving this review, I was immediately contacted by Jodi at Campus West. She gave me a full refund, as well as refunded the money I spent at a different cat wash cleaning the rest of my car. I couldn't ask for better customer service, and I received my refund very promptly.

Usually a pretty decent place for a car wash if you don't like to do the self wash. Since it has a small lot when it's busy it get pretty tight waiting in line. So if it's a warm day in the winter time, everyone else probably had the same idea you did to wash the car.

Several times I have been charged 10 bucks on my credit card, when at this car wash it stated my final charge was $5. Only use cash here, otherwise they will charge you double. Better yet, go somewhere else.

Not a bad car wash, I usually have a good experience with it. However, the triple foam feature has not worked in either of the self wash bays and its pretty annoying wasting time waiting for it to kick on to realize that it simply is not working. Please fill the product back up, fix the sprayers, or remove the product option entirely. Thank you!

Was looking for a quick wash on my truck before an appointment. Drive thru wash was closed off. Spent almost $20 on the self wash side. The middle stall pressure soap wash had mild suds showing. Pre soap/soak gun did not work. Soap brush also did not work, though brush was clean and soap was showing in the clear line. Always willing to give an ownership another try, but if the same outcome happens, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Went to wash my car, spent $5 to start the cycle and then found the sprayers have no soap. So I wasted 5 bucks and my car is still dirty. Tried to get my money back but no one responded. Never use this place! Terrible. Not the first time this has happened to me.

I been going here for years. I like the place, it's fast and not expensive. The pre soak soap dispensers don't work very well but I don't care I don't think they do much good anyway. I pressure wash to wet it then use the soap brush to clean it. I find the brush is really the only time effective way to clean your car, and get it reasonably clean. I pressure wash and use the spot free rinse. Be sure to press stop to stop the charge. I drive around to dry it and use paste wax to finish, at home . It's not car show clean, but it's (usually) the sparkly-est car in the parking lot. The wax makes the paint and clear coat last and last.
